總結一下最近這幾次住宿，第一：前台溝通費勁，不會變通，沒有服務意識，客人在前台，兩個人還在大聲喧嘩嘮嗑，前台都是一種愛住不住的態度，沒有體驗到一點服務，第二：酒店管理模式太差，前台的工作方式，前廳經理，店長不應該定期抽查前台夜班狀態嗎？店長和經理有沒有給定期培訓前台，客房，餐廳？第三：設施還可以，對酒店的格局很不理解，一進屋，就走台階，剛辦完入住進到房間，差一點就背絆倒，給胳膊刮出血了，房間也沒有任何提示注意台階的字樣！綜上，酒店價格應該控制在150到200之間，價格太高的話，跟你的配套設施和服務不成正比的，僅代表個人意見！

服務一般，不是很好，酒店在十字路口，前後都很吵鬧，不是很安靜，由於有酒店管理差，前後價格差異太大，若不是因為離的近，不會考慮這個酒店，真不是很好，討厭這種差距大的酒店，價格不標準，惡劣行為多！差評最差的是，定個商務大床房，，酒店前台卻説，這個是特價款，就得給特價房間，然後都是把邊的酒店不多，屋裡麪還全是發黴的味道，真是太差了

房間的枕頭一股頭油味。當晚入住的兩位前台態度不好，要我在前台付錢，然後也沒有優惠，我就在攜程上付的錢，可能是因為沒有在前台付錢，所以態度不好。但是收拾房間的服務人員態度很好。八點左右退房時，發現前台的桌面上有煙灰和毛毛，一言難盡啊！總之體驗感不好。
