前台姐態度還行，但是酒店硬性條件不好，房間我們把東西放進來就出去了回來一看床頭燈掉了一個，洗手間台都生銹了洗澡不排水也沒有排風，空調口直接對着腦瓜子吹，被單也是破洞的，房間地板都脱嘍皮的那種感覺，一下電梯臟布草就堆在旁邊晚上回來也沒人收，一次性拖鞋像紙片一樣，還有一側床頭充電口也不好用，隔音也不好走廊的聲音聽的特別清楚還有樓下車場聲都睡不着，早上起來洗漱一接水都是黃的

房間雖然小，但很乾凈，前台服務員熱情，服務周到。周邊有早餐吃飯很方便，特別是附近有地鐵4號線及公交站，出行極其方便！下次來的長春還會選這家酒店。

非常非常過分！房間裏有個老鼠！給前台打電話，派來個女的，説她也不敢整就走了！又叫了別人，還説我這麼大個人害怕老鼠你家就這麼服務嗎！我也沒要什麼賠償你們也不主動説，問了一嘴就説可以延遲退房！就這麼處理問題！這的體驗太差了！差評！
