和朋友旅遊住的，住過不少酒店，維也納確實讓人省心。房間乾淨整潔，床墊睡得特別舒服，一覺到天亮。前台辦事利索，態度親切，有問題迴應很快。位置也方便，周邊吃飯打車都容易。價格實在，該有的都有，沒什麼花哨的但樣樣到位。以後出差旅遊，維也納還是首選。

該酒店位置便利出行，停車需要繞圈到國際大廈 B 座地下停車場，不夠方便。酒店正門前沒有盲道，設施不完善。如果入住者攜帶過多行李，衹能費勁拎起來或雙人抬。在與前台服務某接待人員協商解決早餐事宜時，該人員一口咬定餐廳是外包的不能有任何通融。在詢問本店其他員工後，得知餐廳是自營並沒有外包，不知該接待人員為何要説謊。早餐費是掃其手機上的微信二維碼付款的，但接收款項的單位名稱並不是該酒店的名稱，很是疑惑。早餐菜品較豐富，可滿足不同人羣的不同需求。
