I went out with my girlfriend and ordered the bathtub. It was very dirty. There was no 24-hour hot water, and the hot water was not enough for a bathtub. It was a bad experience and I was very disappointed. There was even hair on the bed!

The room is nothing like the pictures. I booked a bathtub room, but the bathtub was made of plastic and the bottom of the bathtub was black. There was only half of the tissue paper in the room, probably left by the previous guest. There was a new pack of tissue paper next to it, but they were unwilling to replace it. The bathrobe had holes, and the room facilities were not well maintained. I changed the bathrobe later, but it was still dirty, so I didn't want to go into it. The customer service's solution was to ask you to pay more, and I was afraid that she would not return the deposit. There were also charges for various things, and the experience was very bad!
