風景很好，小鹿可愛，氣温比市區偏低，尤其我們趕上了下雨，還是挺冷的，娃有點着涼，建議天氣轉涼就不要住星空房了。遇到了點小問題，客服態度都非常好，積極的幫着解決，吃的也很平價，我們在山下租了羽絨服，買了遊玩套票，總體是一次愉快的旅行。

晚上很安靜，去班味絕佳選擇
小朋友很開心，晚上的遊樂場基本是一人獨享
重點推薦早餐，很豐盛，很乾凈，吃的超飽！沒想到度假區自助餐味道可以做的這麼優秀！那個拉麪一點不輸外面的蘭州拉麪館的味道

在這裏待了兩天，感受到了雨天的神鹿峯，晴天的神鹿峯，雲中的神鹿峯，空氣很好。酒店的員工也是非常專業的，跟我們講怎麼玩最方便，怎麼出行最省心。給我們遊玩指南，非常好用。房間很大，超出預期，餐廳很洋氣，早餐好吃，值得來，推薦！

酒店的工作人員很熱情，服務也很細心，我用同一個手機預訂的房間，直接就幫我定在了一棟樓裏，二樓的房間挺好，一樓房間略有黴味，建議多通風

神鹿峯一如既往的美，每個季節都美，設施不斷增加改進越來越好。星空房也有改進，但仍然有上升空間。無奈娃就喜歡星空房。

房間挺大一家人夠用，設施也還不錯，贈送了歡迎水果。走出房間門，空氣清新走一走溜達溜達，非常舒服。早餐豐富且衞生，但是如果單獨買，價格是比較貴的。晚上酒店園區裏走一走，聽着蟲鳴，很愜意。

兩家人，定了兩個房間，嗨玩了兩天，真的是個不錯的地方，環境優美，房間也很大，陽台也很大，陽台望去外面景色很精緻，房間很整潔乾淨，外面孩子玩的地方很很很大，室內室外都有，前台人員 服務熱情 細心到位，前台一個欣欣美女 很有耐心，因為有小小朋友，問題很多，欣欣都一一耐心給予回覆，謝謝，辛苦啦。驢肉串真的很不錯。
