酒店很差。1️⃣辦理入住的時候，前台非要一年顧客的手機註冊關注公眾號，耽誤了很長時間，入住就辦了能有二十分鐘，整體感受很差。2️⃣房間竟然給了最把變的，通風不好，窗户很小。3️⃣隔音特別的差，早上阿姨打掃衞生弄的叮咣響都能聽見，打擾休息。4️⃣衞生間東水龍頭是壞掉的，洗澡洗了一半，水龍頭跟水管直接脱落，看來是壞了很久都沒有維修的。5️⃣針對前台的服務，個人覺得業務素質很差，水平跟不上，不符合全季酒店前台的服務標準，拉低了酒店的整體感受。6️⃣一個好的前台就是酒店的門面，這次的體驗很不好。7️⃣以後再也不去了！！！！！！！！！

這家酒店離北湖很近，想要去北湖玩的可以住這裏，房間大，打掃的也乾淨，服務很好，早餐種類多，滿足用餐需求，機器人送物方便，值得推薦，

房間乾淨整潔，整體維護的很好，感覺很新
，住的房間也很安靜，沒有異味，每一位服務人員都和藹可親，非常有禮貌，退房當天剛好趕上節日，前台小姐姐還送了一朵玫瑰，旁邊的小美女還非常温柔的説節日快樂，太可愛了，下次來長春住宿首選全季。

酒店位置很好，路對面是北湖公園南區，沒事做可以去公園溜達溜達，呼吸新鮮空氣。離吾悦廣場比較近，點外賣很方便，有小機器人可以送上來，自駕旅遊的絕佳選擇

房間真的好寬敞，好大的屏幕躺在床上看電影賊爽。而且畫質也很清晰，網絡超快。還有免費的會員，真的棒極了。衞生也很乾凈，還有一次性拖鞋。酒店門口可以停車，外面也有大的停車場，酒店都是獨棟沒有遮擋，空氣很流通。打開窗户還可以看外面的山景。旁邊商業街，吃喝玩樂皆有。晚上閑着沒事可以去那邊逛逛，何樂不為。酒店客廳比較大，逛累了還可以坐下來喝個奶茶
