兩個事，1.洗澡水不熱，當天30℃，房間開冷空調，可是洗澡水大概一直37 38℃，澡洗起來感覺很冷。多次和前台溝通，前台説工程部去把水温調整了，可是洗了很久，後面我老婆洗，水也是不熱的。導致我們洗澡出來很冷。2.當晚入住，前台就要我們不要開窗，我一進房間就檢查了窗户是關閉的，但是早上有大風，把窗户吹開了，形成室內外氣壓差，導致房門一直響，很影響休息。圖一表達我洗澡洗了很久，熱水一直沒來。視頻是大清早房門響。我當晚訂了兩間房，兩間房同時都有以上兩個問題。

前台人員太忙，前台工作人員太少要增加，排隊了很長時間，還要拿着行李排隊，酒店周邊很空曠，吃個飯要跑很遠，酒店設施超讚，三星的價格五星的享受，

酒店離高速出口很近，開車六分鐘的樣子，周圍很僻靜，車少好開就是晚上路上沒路燈，前台小湯服務意識強，態度也好，酒店地面停車場車位不少，離大小河步行街開車半小時的路程，可以去那裡吃湘菜
