"The room matched the pictures, parking was convenient, and the hotel environment was great. The lobby was also nice and cool. The service was very thoughtful; when we checked in, the front desk saw we had a child and upgraded our room for free, and even turned on the air conditioning for us in advance. My parents also said they had a very good stay. We were a bit hot and tired after our evening walk, so I forgot to take pictures of the room. The front desk staff were very warm and friendly towards children, and even gave our child a small snack as a farewell gift when we checked out, which made our kid very happy."

"Service: The store manager came to pick us up from the high-speed rail station and took us to the hotel. One-stop attentive service. He also held up a huge pick-up sign. He was very enthusiastic ❤️🔥 Facilities: The hotel is very new, the heating is sufficient, and all the facilities are beautiful. The pillows are not very soft, and they are very comfortable. The water flow in the bath is very good, and the water is so strong that it feels like a massage, which surprised us. Environment: There is a river view outside the window and you can see the sunset. There is a small supermarket and a delicious fruit shop downstairs, which is very convenient! Overall, I am very satisfied and hope the hotel will continue to work hard! Stay the best!"

"The room had a strange smell, and there were yellow stains on the blankets and sofa. The whole room smelled terrible. There was absolutely no service. The deposit after check-out was delayed, and the invoice was still not issued after a day. This is a terrible hotel. I will never come back again. Don't fall into this trap!"

"The hotel has three different prices for three days. The sanitation is not cleaned every day. If you don't ask someone to clean, no one will clean. When I went to the bathroom on the last day, I found two men shouting outside. When I came out, I found that the door was opened by someone outside. When I wanted to check out, I was asked to check out an hour in advance, otherwise I would have to pay an extra 20 yuan for one minute more. It really feels like a black shop."

"The reception is on the 14th floor. After exiting the elevator, I looked around and thought no one was there, but it turns out the staff were sitting at the front desk and couldn't see me at all. I was startled when I realized a guest had arrived and stood up. There was a clear shortage of staff at breakfast. One minute I was stepping on a chopstick, the next on a disposable cup, and no one was doing anything. I stood there waiting for the table to be cleared for five minutes. Then the milk ran out… It was a complete mess. The parking lot is on the 4th floor, actually marked as 3F, but there was no sign saying "Parking Lot" next to it. The room had space for a small refrigerator, but there was none. The bathroom countertop was very small, with nowhere to put cosmetics. Most importantly, the bathroom lighting was completely unsuitable for makeup; it was so dark I couldn't even apply eyeliner. I do not recommend this stay."

However, the room design was poor, the workmanship was terrible, and the air conditioning controller was installed out of guests' reach. The restaurant's dining environment was quite nice.
