The rooms at Zhefan Hotel are spacious, bright and comfortable, with complete facilities and reasonable distribution of functional areas. Especially the washing and toilet space is large and separated into dry and wet areas, which is very convenient! 前台小姐姐服務非常熱情，一到前台就主動和我們打招呼，房間很標準很大，燈光柔和温馨，自助早餐也很豐富，周邊環境一級棒，距常德有名的河街和德國小鎮步行才十分鐘，下次還來住。

房間寬敞明亮，乾淨衞生，床墊非常舒適，設施也比較新，酒店地理位置好，停車也方便。令人感到不滿的地方是早餐體驗太差，酒店的早餐時間段是7：00一10：00，我們8點半去，許多食物都沒有了，也沒及時添補，餐具也沒有用的，餐桌也沒及時清理，衹好自己動手收拾，對此，估計當天投訴的客人有不少。

因為同行的有老同志，所以精確的選擇了智能馬桶，到房間一看根本沒有，打電話到前台説不知道，應該是平台的問題，然後早上退房，前台一個姓吳的不陰不陽的，我問他我訂的房有兩杯咖啡送，他説咖啡機都壞了，還有什麼咖啡送，然後我説那就輸一下車牌我們要走，他極不耐煩的説你自己要先登記啊！氣得我當時就跟他吵了一架，他還囂張的把他的胸牌亮給我看，真不知道這樣的酒店怎麼可能辦得下去，差評
