Hygiene: One pair of disposable slippers was not packaged and had signs of wear. There was only one toothbrush. It feels like the last guest left and the room was not cleaned properly.
Facilities: The sound insulation is very, very poor, and you can hear the normal conversation next door clearly. Unfortunately, the guy next to us was still playing games at 2am, so we had to change rooms at 2am.
Service: Ctrip booking showed free room upgrade, but the hotel did not upgrade and said it was this room. The room was very crowded and the experience was not good.

房間衞生還是很好的，而且位置也很好，下樓就能到水星樓那邊買吃的，很近，房間也比較安靜。就是停車費方面處理不是很到位，明明可以重新錄入訊息，非説不行，出停車場我們就交50塊錢停車費真的有被無語到，但是後面做了別的方案給我們處理了這個事。
