老闆娘很熱情，服務態度好。酒店位置不錯，離索道，博物館，忘憂谷這些景點很近，酒店的菜也做得不錯，味道好。但是隔音不好，有些吵。

乾濕分離，非常人性化，早餐也好吃，服務態度也好，物有所值。住的是一樓，如雨天的話會很潮濕，但一份錢一份貨，我們住的時候不算太潮，還是滿意的

我住酒店從來不點評，這次的入住體驗讓我覺得應該説點什麼。首先是酒店本身很好，環境衞生都不錯，價格卻比較便宜。但是讓我感動的遠不止此，這次帶着兩個孩子出來旅遊，老大得了急性胃炎，酒店老闆首先是帶我去景區一個醫生那裡拿了葯，但是吃葯後沒有緩解，後面老闆和老闆娘大晚上送我們到縣裡醫院，全程照顧我們倆外鄉人，到了醫院醫生開了門診輸液，想到要輸幾個小時，兩位老闆明天很早就要上班，我就提議讓倆老闆先回去，但是叔叔阿姨堅持陪我們輸完液，後面回到酒店已經是凌晨一點多了，心裏覺得特別過意不去，給了他們幾百塊錢，他們堅決不要！我真是從內心深處特別感謝兩位老闆，特別是在孩子生病又身在異鄉，內心特別無助時候。感謝叔叔阿姨給我的安全感。以後來了還會來這裏。

我衹能説國慶期間沒有選擇了，房間衹能説比較簡陋，招待所標準吧。衞生間是蹲坑，沒有乾濕分離，反臭比較嚴重。不會再來了。

這次來蜀南竹海玩兩天 竹音閣的老闆和老闆娘很熱情 人很好 做飯也很好吃。一家人都敲級好。這裏的竹子很新鮮 味道很不錯。我們第一天玩晚上沒有車車回去 老闆還特意跑過來接我們。服務真的很不錯。觀景房還有吊牀 專門可以在外面吃飯的小桌子很巴適～愉快的一次旅遊～
