It was my first time staying at the Berman in Changsha. The room was very clean and tidy, really nice! The service of the front desk lady was very good and enthusiastic. There was a light fragrance on the floor, which was very nice and not pungent! Like the smell of lychee! The overall environment of the hotel is good!
