The hotel even offers a complimentary 'goodnight porridge' service in the evenings, and the porridge tastes pretty good. The hotel's location is also excellent, with a subway station downstairs, making it very convenient to get to all the attractions. The breakfast offers a wide variety, and the Changsha-style rice noodles are delicious and definitely worth trying. The rooms are clean and tidy, equipped with smart home appliances, perfect for modern young travelers. There's also a rooftop terrace where you can enjoy the breeze in the evening – it's really pleasant. It's close to Huangxing Road Pedestrian Street, so the atmosphere is lively and the whole experience is fantastic!"

The public areas are spacious and bright, with a minimalist yet elegant design, and no unpleasant odors – it instantly put me at ease.
The room was meticulously cleaned. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the pillows were just the right height, ensuring a great night's sleep. All facilities like the air conditioning, hot water, and internet worked perfectly. The lighting was appropriate, and the toiletries were comprehensive and of good quality. The bathroom had a convenient wet/dry separation.
The front desk staff were warm, polite, and efficient with check-in and check-out. They patiently answered my questions and provided thoughtful, attentive service. The hotel itself was quiet and peaceful, with excellent soundproofing, so my rest was completely undisturbed. When I arrived it was dark and heavy rain. I had very big problems finding the hotel since I followed another guests review where they uploaded a picture of the wrong building. I contacted Trip.com support and I hope they removed it by now. This is not the hotels fault!
The hotel was clean and orderly. The location is great and the receptionist was super kind! There is also a washing machine. Next time I come to Changsha I will definetly stay here again. Very good value for money."

Pozi Street and Chaozong Street are also within a 10-20 minute walk. Secondly, the service was excellent. Before we even arrived, the front desk staff, Yezi, called to tell us how to get to the hotel. When she found out there were two of us, she proactively added an extra breakfast and upgraded our room to one with a view of the Xiang River and Yuelu Mountain. The second picture is the view from our room. The Jinli Gate, where everyone gets a bag of goodies, is also right across from the hotel."

"I was extremely satisfied with my stay this time. The hotel's overall hygiene was exceptional; the room was spotless, tidy, and odor-free. The bedding was soft and dry, and the bathroom facilities were brand new and well-maintained, cleaned to perfection. The toiletries were comprehensive and effective. The common areas were also kept immaculate, showing great attention to detail. In my free time, I tried some authentic Changsha delicacies: the crispy yet tender stinky tofu that burst with flavor, the spicy and satisfying crayfish, the soft and sweet sugar oil粑粑 (sticky rice cakes), and the fresh and flavorful chopped chili fish head. Each dish was genuinely authentic. Paired with a refreshing and palate-cleansing Cha Yan Yue Se (tea drink), I truly immersed myself in the vibrant culinary scene of 'Star City'. It was a comfortable stay and a delightful dining experience. Choosing this hotel for my Changsha trip was definitely worth it."

"The hotel's location is excellent, not far from the entrance of Taiping Street and close to the subway station. However, the cobblestone streets of Taiping Street aren't ideal for dragging luggage, but thankfully it's not a long distance, so it wasn't a major issue! The hotel felt very clean, and the bed, duvet, and pillows were all super comfortable. The shower was spacious with great water pressure, and the hot water was consistently hot. While the rooms facing the street can be a bit noisy during the day, it's very quiet at night, so it didn't disturb our sleep. Plus, there are plenty of food and drink options conveniently located downstairs!"

I'm so pleased with this hidden treasure of a hotel that I don't want to check out.
It's one of the few good hotels I've stayed at away from home.
The decor, a Chinese aesthetic style, is also right up my alley.
It has a comfortable vibe that immediately puts you at ease.

As soon as I walked in, I was captivated by the lobby's design! Every shot looks great and very high-end! And outside, there's a huge outdoor terrace pool 🏊 The view from above is quite spectacular. What I liked most was the book bar; its curved design is very stylish, and it's a great spot to relax.

I booked a king-size room with panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows! The room is quite spacious, and every detail is incredibly thoughtful. The smart home system is very convenient, and the room has a full-length mirror, makeup mirror, a bar table, and a lounge area. There are also Tea Yen snacks on the table, and you can even order an afternoon tea set to enjoy in your room.
