Location is not as I expected. There are several good restaurants and and I enjoyed my stay due to several other reasons. I do not like the entrance, lifts and and office. This is only an apartment building and no any hotel look. It is not a hotel for sure but very average apartment. They provide water bottles. Room was ok for me. There service is acceptable

The room was big enough for 3 person. There is nearby metro station near the hotel which made it easy for us to go around. Plenty of food stalls, restaurants and groceries around so it is very convenient to eat. The checkin and checkout is also easy as they already use smart lock in their rooms. They just need to improve their customer service to know how they can help their guest. We tried to avail the taxi service that they offer by informing them in advance but we got the impression that they are not willing to help arrange for us. We just took taxi by ourselves near the bus station.
Overall, we still enjoy our stay at Changsha.

The room is clean and comfortable, the air is fresh, the front desk reception is warm, everything in the room can be tried for free, and there is no deposit required. Check-in and check-out are very convenient, I must give it a thumbs up.

The room was fresh and smell-free, and the bedding was very clean. The mattress is very comfortable. I don't know if it is latex that is more than 5cm thick on the mattress. I need a good rest after driving for a day. Don’t be too comfortable with three or four windows in a room.
Room facilities:
There are all the regular supplies. The shampoo and shower gel are very easy to use. My hair was smooth the next day. The towel was used to wipe hair. It smelled like a disinfectant cabinet. It must have been disinfected carefully. UV rays add a toasty flavor.
Disadvantages:
It's not easy to find. Although it is on the roadside, there is no obvious name brand. You can only see it from the inside of the building on the 13th floor.
