Hotels in Changsha South Railway Station&International Convention Center, Changsha

The service was very good as they messaged me to be clear of where to go when I arrived and they were very attentive if we needed help. Unfortunately, the photos online do not match the room as we had dirty carpet and chairs with stains all over them. The bathroom also was not very fresh in appearance and the towels had some hairs on them. The bed was clean and the price was on the cheaper side but from what was advertised we were disappointed.

The location of the hotel is the best. Just walk to the east exit of Changsha South railway station. On the left side there is a large hotel name (only in chinese). There is an escalator up to the hotel. Very convenient for people who travel to the airport by Maglev train. The room is clean and cozy. There is no smoking odor in the room. The buffet breakfast is included in the room booking, (even it is was written there is no meal) included chinese food and some bread.

We booked this hotel because it is located near Changsha South station which is the arriving station from Fenghuang Gucheng high speed rail. It is a good location from the hotel to the international airport. This turns out to be a good location for both as we managed to roll our trolley from the South station to the hotel easily and of course a call cab to the airport. However, this hotel is far from city centre and costs more to travel there. So be better to stay around in the nearby shopping mall 吾悦广场 for dining. Room is clean and tidy and well maintained and can match any 4 star above hotel internationally…

After comparing several hotels online, I chose the Mei Yang Hotel. I arrived at the hotel at 12:00 midnight. The lobby staff was very good. They found a quiet room for us last night. Today, the guests came to them to ask for mineral water. They ran to get it without complaint. There was also a gift when checking out. They really understand human nature. Location is right to the east exit of Changsha station. But the sign posting is hard to find. The hotel names were confusing too. Called the hotel and vague directions were given too. Just be more alert about this. Take a look at the images ive attached. 宜尚酒店 = 一百米酒店 However, check in was smooth, the room was clean and spacious. For a train station hotel, the place had plenty of amenities. There was also usbc wall plug which was really convenient for me.

Facilities: Very complete Cleanliness: Excellent Environment: Very close to Changsha South Station, with plenty of food options nearby and breakfast shops open early. It's also very close to the subway station, making it a great place to stay while traveling. Service: Excellent! The owner upgraded us to a king-size bed with a great view.

This Novotel is managed by two hotels, the other one is Ibis Styles. It is quite special, right next to the International Convention and Exhibition Center and the Conference Center, so it is quite convenient for conference guests to stay. There are subway lines 2 and 4 nearby, so the transportation is very convenient. It takes only 2 minutes to get to the subway station. The whole hotel is in a relatively quiet environment, so you can get a good sleep at night. The breakfast is very good, with both Western and Chinese styles. The hotel has a heated swimming pool and a 24-hour gym, which is a blessing for those who love fitness. The service is very thoughtful, and they can respond to guests' requests in a timely manner and follow up well. The attitude and etiquette are good.
