Great hotel very close to the underground. The bedroom is spacious and the bed is extremely comfortable. When we arrived the room was in great condition, but the daily cleaning I’m afraid it wasn’t, very superficial cleaning. Not the standard in the otherwise fabulous Wyndham brand.

I stayed here for four days in total and the quilt cover was dirty on the day I checked in! Still don’t admit it! On the first day of cleaning, the garbage was thrown out and the floor was not swept. I was speechless. The attitude of the front desk staff was not good either. Haha, it affected my mood.

The original plan was to stay one night and then rush back to Jingzhou. After the tour, it was past 4 o'clock. The overall hotel environment is okay, but I really don't want to talk about the service.
When I asked about the charger, the answer was "no". Where to eat breakfast was "in the lobby". I paid for breakfast myself. 😑 In the end, I was not in the mood to eat breakfast. 💢 When I asked the front desk for the invoice if I could open it, I just opened it now. The quality of this hotel is pretty good. I stayed here for a few days and overall I am very satisfied. There are free fruits and all the necessary facilities and equipment in the room. The TV can also be used for screen projection. It is very smart and the service is great. Molly at the reception was very welcoming!

The room was so-so, the bedding was pretty good, but the service was really bad. There were no lights in the corridor at night. I called the front desk to report it, but no lights were turned on. It was as dark as an escape room. I was so panicked.
