Xiao Jiang at the front desk has a good service attitude, and there are small robots on the first floor that can deliver takeout.

The hotel is located on the shore of the lake in a very beautiful location. You can take a walk and have dinner at one of the nearby restaurants. In February, the Museum of Modern Art opened on the shore of the lake. It is also close to the hotel, and about one kilometer south of the hotel there is a very beautiful natural area with a beautiful garden. I have stayed at this hotel many times and each time I was very satisfied. The staff is very friendly and always helps with any request. Xiao Jiang is great. Thank you.

Really lovely hotel! The view was stunning and the amenities were comfortable. The only downside is it’s a little bit far from the city centre (IFS and Wuyi square) - about a 30 minute drive. Apart from that though, absolutely loved our room

Very nice hotel. Cleanliness ✅Spacious ✅Very nice view ✅John , one of the Staff is very helpful in everything, from contacting my friend for my taxi, for my delivery food & everything, thanx John✅ robot will be one to deliver your food from downstairs. So nice 🫶
Train station is just a little bit walk.
The only downside in this hotel is no restaurant nearby for lunch & dinner. Overall, it was a nice stay 🫶

The riverside view is good, just the weather is not quite pleasant.
Room big, hygienic.
We tried to use switch on the TV and was successful.
The lady at the front desk is very friendly. This hotel handle takeaways quite effectively.
Need to walk for 5 mins from the nearest underground station, and the pavement is still under construction.
