跟朋友一起去長沙玩幾天，訂了這家公寓，3個房間和一個大客廳，剛好入住4人，房間乾淨整潔，晚上睡覺很安靜，公寓每天都有服務員上門搞衞生，樓下走幾百米都到文和友，附近吃的也很多，體驗相當好

有一説一，地理位置是真的好，熱門景點步行就可以到達，房間也非常寬敞，但是設施設備真的有點一言難盡，比較老舊，牙刷牙膏質量非常差，淋浴噴頭感覺壓力不足，水小，投影儀模糊不清

房間環境很好 給人感覺像回到自己的家 很温馨 特別是這裏樓層也高 剛好窗外的風景一覽無餘可以看到湘江 明明想再續訂一天的 可惜睡過頭房間被頂出去了

❕❕❕避雷避雷！！！從來沒遇見過這麼離譜的事情 好好的沒水了也就算了 深更半夜安排一個維修師傅過來 過來就是直接猛拍門 聽到這種敲法 我們窩在房間壓根不敢做聲 更離譜的是前台直接把密碼告訴維修師傅了 還好同行的小夥伴不知道什麼時候打了反鎖 所以門沒有被打開 3個女性帶着3個2歲左右的孩子！！試問誰敢深更半夜給一個暴力敲門的陌生男性開門呢 衹能馬上聯繫前台客服 他並沒有覺得他這種行為有任何不妥！！請問這種入住人的安全問題誰來保障呢？心驚膽戰的住了一夜 把玻璃桌和行李箱全部抵在門口～建議如果是女性或者帶孩子的還是選擇酒店 至少安全性有保障一些！
最後，房間裏面都沒有窗户，一股裝修味還特別悶

在坡子街附近，交通便利，直走過去就是文和友、杜甫江閣。提前電話諮詢路線挺容易找到酒店位置。房間明亮，能看到城市夜景，設施齊全，乾淨衞生。最贊一點的是前台小姐姐超級nice，有事找她都是立馬回覆幫解決。隔天博物館回來晚退房，也不會催我們，超級好的服務～值得五星好評

前台服務棒棒噠，給我免費升級了個江景單間，loft複式樓很有特色，衞生很乾凈，地理位置很好，下樓就是各種吃喝玩樂，值得再次來體驗
