帶內窗的千萬別住。第一間房沙發上有辣椒皮忍了，再看床上又有頭髮，就打電話給前台換了間房。換去第二間，房間很熱，前台説空調衹能制熱不能製冷，關了空調還是很熱，你想象一下大冬天洗完澡出來還一身汗那感覺嗎？房間就跟蒸籠似的，雖然有個小窗户打開也沒什麼用。後面前台給拿個電風扇上來，要求換個窗户大點的房説沒有房間了。越想越氣，在平台上看看明明有房間啊？就再打電話給前台，前台給出的回覆是需要把訂單取消，重新訂再換過去。（就十幾塊錢的差價，那會差不多都快十二點了，明明是酒店的原因讓我大半夜都沒法睡，還讓我補差價。我一分錢都不想給他們）總之很糟糕的經歷。

對比了長沙其他家發現這家配置挺好的，前台服務態度很好，每次都及時解決問題，女孩子一個人住很安全不會害怕有壞人

這次出行特意試試這家漢庭，結果比預期的好。房間衞生，設施齊全，服務態度也不錯，早餐也挺好，門口就是地鐵站，出行挺方便的。離楊帆夜市500米，步行10分鐘。如果不介意離步行街那邊遠一些，這裡是不錯的選擇。美中不足的是我們住靠人民路這邊的房間，感覺還是能聽到路上汽車走過的聲音，不過酒店特意準備了耳塞，挺貼心的。總體感覺不錯。

酒店的服務態度非常好，員工非常專業。前台服務熱情貼心，幫忙提送行李。房間的衞生打掃得非常乾淨，佈置温馨舒適。酒店還提供免費的高速無線網絡，非常便捷。酒店的地理位置非常便利，周圍有很多商店和餐館可以選擇。而且交通也很方便，附近有地鐵站和公交站。這對遊客來説非常方便，去機場和高鐵站都很便利。酒店的早餐非常豐富，有各種各樣的選擇。而且食物的質量也非常好，讓我每天早上都能有一個美好的開始。非常推薦這家酒店！

除了臨街的房間晚上着實有點吵，其他的都挺好，離地鐵站超級近，去哪都方便。服務很棒，有求必應。特別讚的是早餐，連住3天，菜品基本不重樣，還能嗦粉，小料一天4個品種，等於每天嗦了不同的粉，挺不錯的。

房間整潔乾淨，前台服務也很好~o（〃'▽'〃）o電梯刷卡上指定樓層，外賣機器人送，安全感很足也很方便。晚上睡眠差一點，房間靠近馬路稍微有點吵，但出行很方便，門口就是地鐵站。
