酒店的前台服務都非常熱情，前台處理問題十分及時，能夠迅速響應客人的需求，房間裏整潔到位，乾淨無異味，用品齊全，毛巾被子等都很乾凈，房間內床鋪柔軟舒適，空調温度適宜，隔音效果也還不錯，讓客人在享受遊戲或休息時都能得到最佳的舒適度

酒店停車方便，前台服務好，看我帶着兩個小孩主動給我們升級了的更大點的房間，室內衞生乾淨，很安靜，房問隔音挺好，不影響休息，而且退房的時候還給我兩個崽崽送了玩具～太棒了，下次來長沙住電競酒店肯定還會選擇這家。

電腦配置不錯，玩遊戲流暢，我一跟小姐姐説gpw不是無線的嗎？馬上就來給我換了無線，這個服務真的貼心。還送了份長沙的吃喝玩樂攻略給我，不像其他酒店生怕你需要這個需要那個，退房的時候我還特意特意表揚了這個小姐姐。

住了四個晚上來好好評價一下，這個電競酒店的前台大廳是真的大氣呀，因為我是經常來長沙出差，第一次住這家也是第一次給好評，第二天續住阿姨搞衞生特意等我睡醒了後加班給我做的，不像其他電競酒店，到點就不給我安排做衞生了。而且阿姨做衞生做的乾淨，看我書包臟了都幫我擦乾淨了，真的很貼心。

停車位好找，走錯路口了，前台小哥親自下來接我們，辦理入住全程非常熱心態度非常好，耐心幫我介紹長沙哪裡有好吃的，真的很好啊啊啊，住過這麼多電競酒店，這一家的服務態度各方面真的好。值得點贊！
