這次在長沙韋爾斯利酒店的入住體驗非常出色，值得大力推薦。
酒店位置便利，前往嶽麓山、梅溪湖等都很方便，環境安靜。整體的英倫設計優雅大氣，房間寬敞整潔，床品尤其舒適，設施現代且維護得很好。
服務團隊專業又貼心，從入住到離店都讓人感到温暖。早餐豐富，還嚐到了地道的長沙風味，餐廳體驗很好。
下次來長沙一定還會選擇這裏。

Highly recommended! Great breakfast. Hotel (Miss Cici REN) very friendly. All staffs almost everyone very very friendly! We enjoyed the stay! Perfect 10/10! Room 1201 was the best view.

最差的一次體驗 沒有之一 剛進房間垃圾桶裏不知道誰扔的襪子 也懶得問酒店了 問了頂多就是換個房間 開了一天車累了 垃圾桶裏有襪子這種事也不好説 再以為我扔的故意找人家幹嘛 還有就是房間費包括雙早餐1163 寵物清理費就要600 這個個人感覺有點離譜了 而且收費説明在非常不顯眼的地方 大多數寵物友好酒店是有特定的寵物房型的 這家沒有 而且前台辦理入住的服務人員情商也挺低的 不像是五星酒店培訓過的樣子 總體感覺極差

在長沙我最喜歡的隱奢酒店，酒店外是美麗的梅溪湖，此刻正是荷花盛開，酒店內是宋代園林風格一步一景，隨手拍都出片，房間內的佈局與配置都很上檔次，各種服務都讓我相當滿意，在酒店內健身、游泳、下午茶、早餐、乾洗都享受到了，管家露露和luna全程貼心服務，非常感謝😊

韋爾斯利酒店緊臨梅溪湖湖邊，不同於市中心，這裏更適合度假，安靜安逸。一進門就能感受到園林風和野奢風的融合，現代又簡約，清新又自然。房間內空間很大采光好，尤其衞浴空間超級大，區域分明。屋內整體整潔乾淨，燈光柔和舒適，配套的服務和設施一應俱全，大管家Luna和雯雯服務很到位，超級貼心。酒店的早餐選擇非常多，不僅有中西常規的，還有湖南當地的特色食物，午餐的選擇更多，半自助形式，很多現加工和按位的提供的，大人孩子都品嚐的很開心。下次來長沙還會選擇這裏。

這次五一出遊最開心的事就是在看了很多的酒店中預訂了這個酒店，不僅緩解了之前在張家界幾天旅行的疲勞，還提升在長沙的幸福度，酒店的硬件設施不但新，而且特別有質感，酒店的服務更是從滿意感動了，入住第一天送了各種飲品，還有現場製作的漂亮的雞尾酒，酒店的早餐品類也很豐富，水果新鮮，餐食現場製作保證了口感，還贈送了旅拍，拍出來的效果絕絕子，服務人員下午還貼心的送來了小水果。酒店在地鐵2號線的終點梅溪湖西站，去火車站和五一廣場，橘子洲頭都能直達，很方便不用倒車。出鐵口溜達10分鐘左右能到，周邊的環境很好，走起來不覺得枯燥，我們全家晚上還環湖騎行了40分鐘，聽到了很多年沒聽到青蛙的叫聲，感覺特別治癒，最開心的是我入住最後一天還給我們安排了行李先送機場的服務，避免了很多麻煩。離開時到門口應該是一個經理還安排司機給我們送到了地鐵口，司機小夥雖然第一天上班但服務也特別有禮貌，唯一的遺憾是沒時間體會，酒店提供的瑜伽和游泳和拳擊的私教，不過這樣就可以期待下一次相遇了。總之很開心的一次住宿體驗。強烈推薦

下單後馬上有人聯繫我，確認入住細節。
到酒店也是驚喜不停，環境舒適有特色，門口有專人接待，打開房門就看到精心準備的水果點心與留言條，還有小童拖鞋，被子。衞生間和浴室的水龍頭、鏡子都擦得鋥亮，看得出清潔人員非常用心！
早餐也很豐盛，一家人住得很開心！下次來長沙的首選住處！
