Very satisfied staying at this hotel. Near Subway station just few minutes walking distance to hotel. Easy to get to other places. The hotel is clean, can saw the cleaning robot always work around.

酒店設施很新，前台包括餐飲部服務都很到位，特別是下米粉麪條的阿姨，真的很熱情。這次長沙遊帶孩子出門，住全季非常滿意，還有床圍欄這項服務，給小朋友贈送了拖鞋和牙刷🪥，考慮顧客需求這細節秒殺很多酒店。更值得一提的是，不像很多酒店入住就要求寫好評，完全沒有，這也是我們想把自己入住的體驗分享出來。酒店交通位置很便利，各個景區地鐵都能到，酒店隔壁的湘菜館也挺好吃，不太能吃辣的朋友可以去試試。

住這麼多次全季這家是最差的一家，大廳還行，進了電梯房間過道那個味道叫一個難聞，第一次服務員把沒做衞生的房間開給我們，等了十幾分鍾又換了一間，然後準備睡覺的時候發現枕頭床單全是毛髮。太晚了就懶得再次換了。衞生服務極差，味道太大太難聞，誰住誰知道，嘎嘎鬧心

服務還行.但是就是太坑了.我提前好久就定的這個酒店.當時在網上房間看的好好的.結果我和我朋友到了之後告訴我們是尾房.好傢伙我用正常房間的價格給我一間尾房關鍵是那個尾房是橢圓形的使用面積極小.還讓我們加99塊錢才能給我們換一間同等價位的房間.在吐槽一下他們酒店早餐真一般.這個酒店不推薦！

浙C人第一次去張家界旅遊，以長沙作為來回歇腳點，選擇黃土嶺全季酒店，因為它距長沙南站和長沙站都很近，門口走幾步就是地鐵站，去五一廣場20分鐘左右。很喜歡酒店大堂的怡人茶香味，房間乾淨明亮無異味，早餐品種多樣，特別感謝前台接待雨柔小姐姐熱情周到的服務！如果你不曾住過全季，不妨一試！

房間乾淨整潔，升級了房型和早餐，可惜沒有從app 預訂，浪費了積分和幾十塊錢差價，不過整體住宿環境很好，房間給了好幾瓶水，對於喝水狂魔來説真的太爽了，唯一需要改善的就是房間進去有股悶悶的味道，希望可以提前放點香薰除味，下次還訂全季

環境還不錯，離地鐵站很近很方便對面馬路往前走一百多米就到地鐵站了，房間也比較安靜，喜歡安靜的可以沖，就是影視都要VIP才能播放，如果能改善就很好了
