入住橘子臻品酒店的體驗超棒！前台小姐姐熱情又高效，辦理入住秒速搞定。房間乾淨明亮，橘子元素的軟裝很有設計感，床品柔軟舒服，一夜好眠，地理位置也方便，步行就能到商圈。性價比拉滿，下次來還選這家！

定的星光精緻大床房，位置一般般離地鐵站有點遠，洗澡的熱水不熱，調到最熱也不怎麼熱，洗澡洗不乾淨，並且有點冷。
最不滿意的點是，我挑了很久酒店就為了挑一個有兩個椅子的房間。結果圖上有兩把椅子，結果到了房間發現一把椅子都沒有。。。。。？？。。。沒椅子你放個椅子的圖片幹什麼。。。。。真無語。。。。。。非常煩人。。。。。。。非常生氣。。。。。。

1.住的酒店叫橘子臻品酒店 不是鉑悦 沒明白
2.入住後椅子有灰包漿了反覆擦也不乾淨 工作人員説是裝修工人造成的 那為什麼不及時更換掉呢
3.總感覺像沒裝修完 多個地方有膠 踢腳板也是陳舊的 不知道是不是是個例
4.衞浴水大很好 但是密封有問題導致外面地面漏水
5.投影和燈是聯控 導致關燈就關投影 開着燈就看不清幕布 導致最後也沒看 入住後發現投影打不開 工作人員找維修工修理後由於梯子碰到床品 工作人員給予了更換
本來想續住訂單都下好了由於這個情況就退掉了
但是以上情況入住結束後前台給予了正向反饋和道歉，並給予了一定補償，酒店的態度是沒的説，我看別的評價都不錯，可能我這個是個例吧。

這家酒店性價比超高！價格實惠，卻有着高品質的服務和設施。房間寬敞明亮，裝修簡約時尚。衞生間乾濕分離，洗浴用品質量很好。酒店還有免費停車場，對於自駕的人來説太方便了。工作人員態度親切，入住和退房都很順利。

必須打個滿分服務真的超級好，又熱情又細心。酒店睡眠質量很好，沒有噪音，退按金很快，酒店有很多服務，比如免費借用日常用品，雨傘等，我和我對象沒有帶傘這兩天下大雨，多虧了酒店的雨傘，還有前台小姐姐很漂亮，很熱情，很善解人意。被子什麼的都挺乾淨的，房間寬大整潔，燈光設計也可以，投影儀有會員，可以免費看電影，浴室吹風機很給力，平常的酒店吹風機一般都不好用。很不錯的一次入住體驗，希望能幫助到大家！

設施齊全，住着挺舒服的，房間大小剛好，隔音效果還不錯店裡空間不是很大，但佈置很集中，燈光渲染也很有氛圍這個地方浪漫又文藝，真的很適合來感受氛圍，太適合假日放鬆了，房間也很大，價格很實惠，非常適合週末來住
