You need to go to the 10th floor to find the reception.
The room itself isn't very special, but had everything we needed: a water kettle, a hair dryer, a private bathroom, an A/C unit.
The room is not sparkling clean, but you are provided slippers to walk on the cold floor. The internet worked relatively well.
Our only issue was with the bed, that was a bit short for a tall person, and felt quite uncomfortable (you can feel the springs).
Otherwise, the receptionist is super nice and welcoming. The location is just next to the very crowded shopping street.

The intersection of Pedestrian Street and Renmin West Road is not far from Pozi Street, the main street of Duzheng Street County. There are restaurants in the alley downstairs, and there is also Mawang Street Market nearby. It has just been renovated and is very clean. The night view of the IFS Center can be seen outside the window.

The hair dryer was broken and the room was so shabby. It cost tens of dollars for a small county town like that. There was not even a comb, the windows and curtains were not complete, there was so much light during the day, the sound insulation was extremely poor, and I felt itchy when I slept. Difficult to comment. The luxury projector that was promised was just a broken TV. There is no place to project the projector, and the air conditioner cannot be turned on.
