交通：公交車站在百米以內，地鐵站步行20分鐘。位置一般，打車方便。
周邊：附近有老小區，吃飯方便。
服務：個別前台態度一般。客房和餐廳工作人員都很客氣有禮貌。
房間：套內面積30平+，層高2.4米+。內部設施較舊，乾淨衞生無異味。熱水挺足。不對馬路那麪比較安靜。酒店設施維護的好，不顯久，整體看起來還不錯。

設施：房間設施很新齊全，非常温馨，給人有家的感覺。（洗髮水 護髮素 沐浴露 梳子 吹風機 ……）這些洗護用品都是最高檔的，該有的都有。
衞生：乾淨衞生，還有自助洗衣房。來長沙玩最棒就是住木蓮西路維也納，環境好，住得很舒服安逸，一覺睡到天亮。
環境：環境很不錯，價格相對來説還算實惠，停車很方便免費的，吃飯也是很方便，酒店二樓就是餐廳，很乾凈很衞生。早餐特別好吃，早餐應有盡有都是乾乾淨淨衞生。
服務：這位招待我的前台小姐姐住進去的時候是她給我開的房間，早上退房也還是這位漂亮小姐姐。這位小姐姐説話超有禮貌，專業而不失温度的服務。

第一次住維也納，確實作為老牌酒店設施比較舊了，但還算乾淨，前台服務態度挺好的，房間蠻大的。就是房間確實顯舊。離地鐵站大概步行10分鐘。

夜晚11點左右到達酒店的 前台小姐姐温柔體貼，房間裏面有點味道，很快就會幫我處理了。酒店的客房姐姐也很好，服務好，解決問題及時有效。早餐也還可以了。總得來説，這個酒店是比較好的。
