第一次住這家酒店，離罐子嶺地鐵站不算太遠，周邊配套也很好，裝修一如既往的維也納，房間是真的大，沙發、寫字桌等等配套很齊全，熱水充足，洗澡很舒服。早餐也算豐富，就是那天有個會議團隊吃飯的人超多，有點菜都快吃完了。

入住體驗十分糟糕
第一次刷卡打開房門的時侯，裏面竟然有客人已經入住
第二天離開房間的時侯遺漏了一大袋面膜在房間，回到家立馬打電話跟前台聯繫説得很清楚明確遺漏了一大袋面膜放在地上，很顯眼，前台答覆確認後回電話，一直等到第二天晚上都沒有回覆，再次打電話要求查找，查了監控 清楚的看到打掃衞生的大姐把裝面膜的袋子提出來了，又改口説以為是不要的東西當垃圾處理了，無法自圓其説的説法，實在不能理解，沒查監控前説沒看到，查監控後又説以為是垃圾，全新的面膜一大袋提在手裡沉甸甸的 實在沒法理解為什麼覺得會是垃圾而不徵詢客人的意見就這麼自顧自的丟掉
