酒店的設施設備挺齊全的，大廳還有免費的茶水，然後24小時有熱水和非常的方便，天氣冷了，前台有檸檬紅茶提供，前台人員服務很好，面對客人有禮貌，對待客人和熱情也非常的耐心，然後退房不需要等待，挺快的，房間乾淨整潔窗平舒適，還有電視機可以看電視劇，Wi-Fi效果也還可以，廁所是乾濕分離的非常的方便。

他們家離五一廣場坐地鐵都挺方便的，直達橘子洲那些景區，經常做住他們家酒店服務態度都挺好的，房間是獨立的空調，前台工作人員有禮貌在馬路邊也可以坐車，房間裝修簡單温馨，有什麼需要可以跟前台説房間內還有全身鏡提供。

酒店附近就有地鐵站步行600m就可以到達。地鐵就是2號線望城坡站去各大景點都特別方便。房間衞生也很乾凈，廁所做的乾濕分離，前台服務人員也很熱情，很耐心，可以免費洗衣烘乾，直接送到房間。入住兩天休息的還不錯，還是非常推薦的
