Changsha Huayue Yangguang Hotel

The garage was very shabby, and it felt better after taking the elevator to the lobby. However, the overall facilities of the hotel were very average. For example, you could enter the elevator without swiping a card, the room windows were not soundproof, the traffic on the road was noisy, the air conditioning did not work, and the breakfast was unsatisfactory. Because I was traveling with my parents during the Spring Festival, this hotel is very cost-effective. You can take a taxi to May Day Square in about 20 minutes, and it takes about the same time to get to Wenheyou.

As a die-hard fan of Huayue Hotel who has stayed there many times in the past three years, this stay was a very bad experience. 1. The air conditioner provides air but not heating. 2. The breakfast products are far from what they used to be. 3. After changing the room, the air conditioning was still average, the hot water didn't work at night, and there were empty paper bags from the last guest in the closet. Fortunately it was empty, otherwise, I can’t tell what happened. Thank you Huayue for the warm, comfortable and homely feeling you have brought me over the past three years.

The hotel rooms are quite big, the service attitude of the hotel is also good, and there is a free fruit platter for two nights. The only unsatisfactory thing is that the breakfast time ends at 09:30!

The room is clean and tidy, the washroom is separated into wet and dry areas, the shower water is large, the mattress is comfortable, there are many breakfast varieties, and a serving of fruit is given every day. What needs to be improved is that the tablecloth is changed before breakfast is over, which makes the guests who are having breakfast feel bad.
