Service: The lady at the front desk who confirmed whether I would renew my lease was very nice. This was the only part where I felt the front desk provided service. Then the lady at night was very enthusiastic and asked me where to go to the room. She really tried her best to guide me.
Environment: I feel that this and that Doranda are a mixed property management. Because I booked this hotel on Ctrip, but the bed sheets, quilt covers and pillowcases in the room all have the Doranda logo.
Facilities: This is what I want to complain about the most. There is not even a charging seat next to the table. I have to pull the table to the sink to find a socket there. I also need that to boil water. The bathroom is a bit cramped!
Hygiene: I am speechless during the whole process! The bedside table in the picture, and the sofa. If I hadn’t been lying down too lazy and kicked the sofa cushion off, I wouldn’t have been able to see the dirt in the gap! And there are hairs in the toothbrush box! Hope the hygiene will be improved.
