Sheraton by it's name is reliable, value for money, did not encountered any communication difficulties, perhaps able to speak local language.

Facilities: The facilities are very new, with a swimming pool and an outdoor garden. They are very well maintained, and don't look like a hotel that has been open for more than 7 years.
Hygiene: Clean and tidy, the room lady cleans very carefully.
Environment: Close to the business district, with Bubugao Xintiandi behind.
Service: The service is better than St. Regis, with Four Points butlers. Before checking in, a handsome guy at the front desk named Robinson luo added me on WeChat, sent welcome fruit, and introduced the hotel and the surrounding business district. Like it 👍
