Generally the location of the hotel is good. The service was timely and relevant. The hotel staff was considerate to on the aircon to cool down the room before our arrival.
The only feedback is the hotel is not easy to locate. There is no obvious signage indicating where is the hotel. Event the cab driver and people around there do not know the exact location and floor of the reception.

The housekeeper provided very good service. We stayed for two days in a row and she was very considerate and attentive. The room was also very unique with a small soaking pool. The children had a lot of fun. I will come back next time if I have the chance.
