這是一次非常愉快的入住體驗，服務周到，裝修很新，早餐豐富，每一處細節都體現出極高的標準。無論是房間還是服務，都讓我感到十分滿意。就在中南大學本部正門對面，地理位置方便，強烈推薦給大家！

如果喜歡安靜，那這家酒店隔音效果非常一般，凌晨三點隔壁説話能聽清楚，過道隨便一個人説話都能聽得清清楚楚，感覺房間與房間之間就一層木板隔了。嚴重影響休息。房間不是很大。關於服務和酒店交接工作，真的不行到極致，沒有人會隨意給差評，一個早餐都沒有交代清楚。入住前我就問了早餐，服務人員讓我們第二天直接報房號，結果去了什麼都沒有交代清楚，前台服務人員更是不會處理，至少打電話詢問一下，但涼我老公在哪裡。我是吃不起早餐嗎？這個推那個，態度也不好，我們大半夜淋着雨入住酒店，停車場就不説了，沒有車位，跑很遠的小區停，淋着雨跑過去。當然酒店確實有點新，但服務真的堪憂，大過年的讓人非常不悦。

酒店位置挺好的，還是在一個比較安靜的地段旁邊就是大學城，晚上可以去大學城附近玩一玩，有很多好吃的房間佈局比較簡潔，房間衞生也是比較乾淨還準備了免費的礦泉水一次性馬桶墊還可以找前台要沐浴拖鞋，窗户也蠻大的，WiFi這些都很給力。
