This Hotel is very old ! We booked the family suit ! Air quality in the room is bad ! The Couch in the living room is dirty ! I can not recommend this hotel at all !

The hotel is very cost-effective, 249 comes with two breakfasts, and what else do you need? I originally booked a double room, but when I got to the room, it was a bit noisy. After consulting the front desk, they upgraded my room type for free and changed my room. I give a thumbs up to the front desk, and they also delayed my check-out by two hours the next day. The only drawback is that the building I stayed in was difficult to navigate, like a maze, and it was a little troublesome to get back to the room. Overall, it was a very good experience.

Our family with two children stayed here for four days during the May Day holiday. We were very satisfied. The room was large, the price was reasonable, the cost performance was very high, the breakfast was rich, and there were many snacks at the night market downstairs. The experience of staying in Changsha Hotel this time was great! The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was comfortable and soft. The service staff was warm and thoughtful, making people feel like spring breeze. The hotel is conveniently located and there are many delicious foods around. The facilities are complete and modern, and it is a perfect rating! The only small drawback is that the sound insulation is a little poor, but overall it is still worth recommending.
