環境優雅，酒店工作人員服務很是熱情，大堂有免費茶飲和一些日常用品，這點很貼心。還配有健身房和洗衣房，工作人員會主動幫我們洗好衣服烘乾並送到房間，很不錯的一家酒店，滿分推薦！

酒店環境優雅，設施設備齊全，乾淨衞生，值得點讚的是酒店早餐和服務，餐廳是全湖景餐廳，品種豐富老長沙口味的粉面值得體驗，服務熱情，看見工作人員一個個都是笑開了花，點贊，值得推薦！ 下次還來

除了服務，是一個完美的體驗！！！
位置位於望城區市政府旁邊，位置優越，去銅官窯僅需十分鐘，房間很大，四面都是落地窗，很好看！雙床房很柔軟，房間的浴巾是單獨包裝的，這酒店的衞生點個贊！缺點：辦理入住時，喊人也不答應，幾分鐘之後才有一個人心不甘情不願地出來，我想問酒店的服務就是能缺人嗎？之後辦理入住時態度一般，説話也是這不知道那不知道，建議好好培訓一下員工！！！

停車非常方便，房間床品很舒服，有免費的洗衣房，早餐種類很多，粉非常好吃，介意大家可以試試哈哈，空調效果很好，前台服務員響應速度很快，服務態度很好
