Everything was great! WiFi worked well, the hotel was close to a subway station, there was warm water readily available, it was also very quiet, I couldn’t hear any neighbours. One small thing to improve - the AC doesn’t make the room cold enough - I could only lower the temperature in the room to about 25-26 degrees, even though the AC was set to 17 and full power.

Hotel name is ECHARM, it is located near South Train Station. Please use east exit to hotel. It is good if you would like to catch up the train in the morning. Breakfast is average. Room is clean.However, the room that I stayed is near the road so I can hear the sound from the road and it is hot as well.

Choosing this hotel for my trip to Changsha was definitely the right decision! The rooms are excellent and very spacious, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable. The full range of amenities is incredibly convenient: there's a washing machine, a gym, and the underground parking even has EV charging stations with direct access to the hotel lobby. They also provide complimentary drinks, which were a welcome refreshment after a day of sightseeing. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is fantastic, offering direct subway access to Orange Island. After navigating the bustling crowds at Wuyi Square, returning to the hotel's quiet atmosphere was particularly enjoyable. The buffet breakfast, served until 10:00 AM, was extensive and delicious. It featured freshly prepared rice noodles, local specialties like stinky tofu and Tangyou Baba, plus a wide variety of stir-fried dishes, cakes, and milk. The photos truly reflect the hotel, so you can book with confidence. Highly recommended!

The hotel is in the Yuhua area, very close to the South High-speed Railway Station, the rooms are hygienic and clean done very well, the staff service attitude is very good, the hall and hot tea, the hotel third floor has a clothes drying balcony, the surrounding cinema, snack street, very convenient, right on the roadside location is very good to find, next time to Changsha also stay there

room was comfortable: excellent bed, washroom plumbing, lighting fixtures. included are hair dryer, kettle, flat iron with board, tea, coffee, bottled water, slippers, TV. air conditioning was excellent in our room. included breakfast was quite good, with mostly asian but some western food elements. coffee machine was consistently serving warm coffee, not hot. some drink carafes were not identified. orange juice was terrible, not natural tasting. noodle soup station was great! person at breakfast entrance had a sour unhappy look, but lady cleaning tables was always smiling and cheerful. in general staff was very helpful, we appreciated that. overall, i would definitely recommend this hotel, we enjoyed our stay.

This was the ideal place for a quick overnight stay before continuing on with our travels. The location is super convenient, especially if you have an early train the next day. Check-in and check-out were fast and smooth, which made the whole experience stress-free. The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed to get a good rest before moving on. If you’re passing through and need a reliable place to recharge — this is a great option. Simple, efficient, and well-located.

The hotel is convenient to the train station. 8 minutes by taxi. There is also a shopping mall behind the hotel which has McDonald’s, KFC a few other restaurants, cinema. The hotel itself is not generally bad, but they really need to find a new cleaner. The cleaner looked like a student. As soon as we enter the room, I found hairs on the floor, hairs in the sink and shower ! The bedding was stained by food !! Dust behind the TV. Really poor cleanliness and poor management control of quality. Find a new cleaner and I would come back.

I chose this hotel because I was accompanying my child to an Eggy Party competition and needed a place close to both the train station and the event venue. It turned out to be a really good choice. The hotel is a convenient 7-8 minute walk from Changsha South Station and also offers a shuttle service. It's equally close (7-8 minutes walk) to Pingyang Station on Line 4, and Wuyue Plaza is just a 5-minute stroll away. The location is truly fantastic, big thumbs up! Upon checking in, we found a crack in the window glass in our room. We notified the housekeeping staff, and shortly after, a young woman came to assist us. I forgot to get her name, but I remember a cute Strawberry Bear sticker on her key card! Our original intention was just to report the broken glass, and we weren't particularly concerned about changing rooms. However, she insisted on moving us to a new room and even presented us with a complimentary fruit platter. The apples, peaches, and apricots in it were all incredibly fresh and tasty. The hotel's response to unexpected issues is truly impressive and very timely. Our room offered a view of trains arriving and departing from the station, which both my child and I thoroughly enjoyed. Another big plus! The air conditioning in the hotel elevators is incredibly strong – another definite plus! The laundry room is exceptionally well-equipped and thoughtful, featuring seven washing machines, including one specifically for children. All seven machines come with a drying function. There's also a spacious outdoor terrace with plenty of hangers, making it very convenient for air-drying clothes. What's more, key card access is required for the laundry room, adding an extra layer of security and convenience. All these aspects get another thumbs up! Breakfast was standard but satisfactory. Food items were replenished, and tables cleared very promptly, which I appreciated. Thumbs up for that too! If I had to offer one suggestion, it would be to add a friendly notice in the laundry room, politely reminding guests to retrieve their clothes promptly after washing. On my first day, when I went to do laundry, one of the seven machines was in use, and the other six, though finished, still had clothes left inside. The front desk mentioned they couldn't remove guests' belongings. I waited for ten minutes, and no one came, so I had no choice but to take out the previous users' clothes to do my own wash. While this issue stems from guest etiquette rather than hotel service, a gentle reminder from the hotel could certainly help. All in all, if I return to Changsha, I would definitely choose to stay here again. Highly recommended!

The hotel lobby is on the first floor. Take the elevator to go upstairs. The room is clean, tidy and exquisite, with electric curtains, smart light control, smart toilet, and the shower room and toilet are separate. There are not many types of breakfast, but they are all quite delicious. The chopped chili sauce on the small wontons is delicious.

This hotel is definitely worth recommending! The environment is quiet and elegant, the room is well soundproofed, and you can have a good night's sleep without any disturbance. The lady at the front desk had a friendly smile and checked me in efficiently and considerately. I asked the lady to do some laundry and she had a washing machine and provided drying service. After the clothes were washed, they were carefully sent back to the room, which was very heartwarming! The guest rooms are spacious and bright, and the mattresses are moderately soft and hard, which can make you feel refreshed and relaxed. The details show the quality, the service far exceeds expectations, and the price-performance ratio is extremely high. It is a must-buy for your next trip! ! ! !
