Hotels in Changsha South Railway Station&International Convention Center, Changsha

This experience exceeded my expectations, so I would like to comment manually: The room is clean and quiet, in the high area, with sufficient air conditioning (a little too much 😄), no noise, and fruits and snacks were provided, which warmed the hearts and stomachs of guests who arrived at the hotel late at night. Although the breakfast variety is not particularly rich in five-star hotels, it is delicious and of good quality. The customer service is very warm and friendly, especially the check-in front desk lady and the concierge brother. When I checked out this afternoon, the power bank and power supply were left in the room. Because I was waiting for the car, the two helped me get the power bank back in time, and the brother also took the trouble to help me take down a very thick book. Thank you again, it's very heartwarming. The only drawback: sometimes it takes a little time to wait for the elevator.

The stay experience exceeded expectations. This hotel deserves to be seen! First of all, I must give a thumbs up to the front desk manager Davina! She had a friendly smile and completed the check-in procedure quickly in 3 minutes. She also kindly informed me of the surrounding food guide. I was surprised to be upgraded to an executive suite. The city night view outside the floor-to-ceiling window was accompanied by a welcome fruit plate, which instantly gave me a VIP feeling. Whether it is a business trip or a leisure vacation, this hotel can perfectly match the needs and has been added to my permanent list!

The location of the hotel is the best. Just walk to the east exit of Changsha South railway station. On the left side there is a large hotel name (only in chinese). There is an escalator up to the hotel. Very convenient for people who travel to the airport by Maglev train. The room is clean and cozy. There is no smoking odor in the room. The buffet breakfast is included in the room booking, (even it is was written there is no meal) included chinese food and some bread.

1⃣️The sanitation is relatively clean and tidy, the corridors are all carpeted, and the soundproofing effect is good; 2⃣️The design of the room is relatively stylish, the room is spacious and bright, the bedding is clean and tidy, and the slippers and other supplies are relatively comfortable, which meets the star rating standards; 3⃣️And the location is convenient, the hotel lobby is right after the subway exit, 4⃣️There are also Hanfu and occasional activities, which are very creative; 5⃣️The bathroom also considerately puts a dirty clothes basket; 6⃣️The front desk service is also considerate and in place, not as outrageous as other deliberate reviews; 7⃣️Because I didn’t choose breakfast, I won’t comment for the time being; 8⃣️Check out When we checked in, the guy at the door helped me put my luggage in the trunk and closed the door. The details were in place. However, some details need to be improved: 1⃣️The window has no screens, and mosquitoes may enter easily when it is opened, but there are no screens at this time of year; 2⃣️The water outlet of the wash basin is small, and the large water flow makes it easy for water to accumulate, so it needs to be adjusted; 3⃣️The shower outlet also has this problem. There is a lot of noise when the water is discharged, which can easily cause trouble to people downstairs; 4⃣️Although there is a place to hang clothes in the bathroom, because it is in the bathroom, the ventilation is relatively poor, and it is not easy to dry clothes, and it is easy to get wet when the clothes are dried. It is recommended to add a retractable clothesline; 5⃣️The toilet can be upgraded to a smart toilet during the next renovation, but it is not a problem

Really a five stars hotel quality. Will stay here again if I ever come to Changsha. However, taking taxi/didi from Changsha South station will have to tolerate driver ”unhappiness” due to the short distance, prepared to pay more than meter price. Recommended to make use of the hotel free pick up service (if your hotel price included). Nearby the hotel there is a mall (Yuyue) that is pretty big which I failed to visit due to limited time spent in Changsha.

The hotel is 1.4 kilometers away from the South Station subway station. It is best to take a taxi from the subway station. There is a large viaduct entrance and exit at the entrance of the hotel. The sound insulation is good and no car noise is heard. It should be convenient for self-driving tours? The room is fully equipped with basic electrical appliances, and there is a mobile phone charger at the window (it seems to be charged). The room was basically clean when I checked in, and I wiped it with wet wipes to avoid dust, but I found a snail shell on the chair leg by the window. I don't know what happened. There is a restaurant on the second floor of the hotel and a vending machine on the first floor. You don't need to go out to buy food and drinks. The picture shows the viaduct entrance and exit that you need to pass by when walking to the hotel gate.

At the end of the summer vacation, I brought my children to Changsha for a trip and chose the Howard Johnson Hotel next to the high-speed rail station. The children were very satisfied with this hotel. The hotel staff were kind and friendly. There were also parent-child rooms in the hotel lobby for children to play. The rooms were well-equipped, clean, spacious and bright. The most important thing is that it is close to the high-speed rail station, right in the west square of the high-speed rail station, which is a great blessing for us who are catching the high-speed rail. The stay experience was particularly good. Next time I come to Changsha, I will book this hotel

Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. We are a family of 5 (with old and teenagers) travelling on this trip. Had some difficulty to book DiDi to the Changsha HuangHua international Airport and hotel staff showed no hesitation to help me out voluntarily. Great hospitality, clean and huge room and conveniently located within walking distance to the ChangSha South high speed train station.

I didn't think of commenting until the last day of my stay. The hotel I booked for my colleagues during the exhibition received unanimous praise. The key point is that it is close to Changsha International Convention and Exhibition Center and is convenient for walking. The restaurants and subway stations next to it are nearby, which is convenient for eating. The breakfast is good, especially the Changsha rice noodles are delicious. The breakfast variety is also very complete and the taste is good. The facilities are complete, there is a self-service coffee machine at the front desk, and there are sofas and round tables in the lobby bar for us to meet guests and chat. The room is clean, the towels are very thick, the sound insulation is good and quiet, and the stay experience is very good.

I fell in love with this hotel the first time I stayed there! It's very close to the high-speed rail station, and they also send you to the station for free after check-out. It's very friendly to people who catch the early train! From the front desk to the guest room to the cleaning staff, they are all very enthusiastic, and their service attitude is amazing! The room is clean, warm and has a sense of design. The bedding is very comfortable, and I feel very safe staying here~ There are many kinds of breakfast, all kinds of noodles, hot and delicious! The price-performance ratio is very high, and I feel at home. I will choose this place next time I come here. I recommend it to everyone!
