If you visit Changsha to see Zaha Hadid's Meixi Arts Centre then this hotel is in the prime position, with immediate access and wonderful views from the upper floors. There is also a shopping mall below. The reception and dining room staff are professional, helpful and polite. The establishment is clearly seeking to provide the best service possible. The room was spacious, and included a bath! It was a deluxe room in a deluxe hotel.

I am very satisfied with the service and environment of this hotel. The subway is next to the hotel and the transportation is very convenient. The room was clean, tidy, warm and comfortable, and the hotel breakfast was also very delicious with a lot of variety. Xiaoyou at the front desk is enthusiastic and proactive in providing help.

First of all, I would like to commend every colleague who has served me at this hotel. Each and every one of them has genuinely provided exceptional service to the customers, ensuring that I had three comfortable nights both physically and mentally. Lastly, the hotel facilities were excellent. For future visits, I suggest providing bathtub liners. The location is actually very convenient, right by Exit 1 of Meixi Lake West Station on Line 2. As soon as you reach the surface, turn right (there is currently a construction site), and it's just a 3-minute walk. When you step out of the hotel on the ground floor and turn right, there is a FamilyMart convenience store across the street. Line 2 can take you to all the major attractions in the city center. It's perfect!

The reception service at the front desk was very enthusiastic. The guest rooms were clean and tidy, with good sanitary conditions. The beds, furniture, toilets and other facilities were complete and functioning properly. The service staff responded to our needs in a timely manner, such as providing additional toiletries, changing bed sheets, etc. They were all very enthusiastic in receiving us without being impatient. It is close to the business district and has complete surrounding facilities. It is very convenient and worth recommending. It is very cost-effective.

It's a few minutes' walk from the subway station and offers easy access to various Changsha attractions and the high-speed rail station. Parking is also very convenient. The hotel also provides a ton of free items, including nail clippers, masks, and disposable razors. The room is meticulously cleaned, and the smart guest room control system allows for hands-free use. The staff washes and folds the laundry before returning it. The bespectacled front desk lady patiently recommends nearby attractions and provides a very detailed travel guide. The service was excellent.

When checking in, because the room is too full and not timely, they take the initiative to send afternoon tea compensation. The news of the schedule for booking a private swimming teaching is wrong, but they are all coordinated and solved. The pool coach is also very professional in class. Although it is a new hotel, it can be seen that everyone is working hard to fit and complement each other. 2. Food: Although there are not many types of semi-buffet breakfast, the quality is good and satisfactory. Yu Furong Restaurant produced to meet expectations and the price is not expensive. 3. Accessories: OK, there is a capsule coffee machine, the hair dryer is Dyson. 4. Hardware facilities: The bathroom shower and bathtub feel bad together, and the doors in the bathroom are transparent, and the overall privacy is not good. This is a design flaw, no solution. 5. Bedding: OK, but I didn't pick it. 6. Noise: The whole is still relatively quiet, but the electronic lock that opens in the middle of the night is obvious. 7. Swimming pool: not big, there is a bubble pool, the water temperature is OK. 8. Location travel: By the Meixi Lake, there is a distance from the subway station and a distance from the city center. It doesn't matter if you are on a local holiday or driving.

The environment is very good, the facilities are very new, the location is convenient, it's only five minutes away from the subway station, the sanitation is very clean, and the service is good! I will continue to patronize next time

Nice room - very clean and comfortable! This is my second time booking this hotel and they treated me very well with afternoon tea and good breakfast, even gave us water bottle and a cute souvenir when we checked out😊 I would definitely recommend to friends and family if they go to Changsha🥰 thank you for the warm welcome and would love to come back next time❤️
