## Ambiance: The room was spotless, with decent soundproofing and a fantastic view. A shopping mall is conveniently located nearby, offering a wide range of entertainment options. ## Service: The host was incredibly accommodating. I forgot my umbrella, and they kept it safe for me. Even more impressively, I left something behind after checking out, and they kindly arranged to have it sent to me via express delivery – I was truly grateful! The rest of the staff were also very warm and welcoming. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next business trip to Changsha. ## Facilities: The projector was top-notch, and it even came with premium memberships for various streaming services. ## Hygiene: The cleanliness was exceptional – spotless, odor-free, and not a single neglected corner.

This was my second time in Changsha, and I chose this hotel again. This time, the room was too close to the elevator, making it noisy at night and not a good place to rest. But I had a really great time in Changsha. I'd love to visit Changsha three times if I have time; I love Hunan cuisine.

The location is incredibly convenient, just a short walk to Guanshanling subway station. Right outside, you'll find an abundance of delicious local food and snacks. The place is exceptionally clean, and honestly, it's the most comfortable accommodation I've ever stayed in. The owner is also very warm and welcoming, always ready to assist with anything you might need. I highly recommend it to everyone!

I booked this hotel because I saw the good ratings. I was very satisfied with it overall. The room arranged by the front desk clerk was very clean and comfortable. The view from the 31st floor was also beautiful. There is a convenience store and free parking downstairs. I recommend staying here.

We came to Changsha with our kids, and this was the second hotel we stayed at – and we were extremely satisfied! The hotel is right next to a subway station, making it super convenient to get to all the attractions. Plus, there's a Cha Yan Yue Se (a popular tea shop) right downstairs! We opted for a suite, and it was perfectly clean with no unpleasant odors. Every staff member we encountered was incredibly friendly and approachable. They even arranged complimentary breakfast for our kids, which was such a thoughtful gesture! The breakfast was delicious too, and overall, we had a very comfortable stay. Just before check-out, they even gave our kids some local Changsha specialty snacks. We were so grateful! We will definitely choose this hotel again next time.

Room number. The front desk lady was very enthusiastic and upgraded the room for free. Really. The two front desk ladies were super nice and kind. All the hotel staff were very nice. When they met in the elevator, they would help press the elevator. The feeling was really super good. The room was super soundproof and comfortable. It was separated into dry and wet areas. Just go for this hotel without any hesitation.

The hotel's front desk staff was warm and thoughtful. The check-in process was very fast, and there was no cumbersome process at all, which made me feel very comfortable. They patiently answered various questions for me and also recommended nearby food and attractions, which made me look forward to the next trip. During my stay, whenever I needed help, I only needed a phone call, and the room service staff would respond quickly. Their attitude was cordial and friendly, making me feel at home.

This stay was great! From the moment I stepped into the hotel, the staff Xiaoxue greeted me warmly, and the check-in was quick and considerate. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the mattress was moderately hard and soft, so I had a good night's sleep. The bathroom was separated into dry and wet areas, and the smart toilet and large bottles of toiletries were full of details. The breakfast was rich in variety, with both Chinese and Western dishes, and the freshly cooked noodles and fresh fruits were super tasty. The location was also very convenient, with shopping and dining all around. The overall service was professional and thoughtful, and the price-performance ratio was super high. I will choose this hotel next time I come here, and I highly recommend it!

Stayed at this hotel twice. Friendly and helpful staff. But room is humid and stuffy due to central heating. Rubbish bin wasn’t emptied during cleaning on 2nd day but room was cleaned. Toiletries amenities was not refilled as well. Overall still good. The laundry service is a plus point and also robot delivery to room too. Hotel is located just few steps away from station and direct line to airport or stations.

I've stayed at this hotel countless times before, but this was my first time trying their apartment/loft style room, wanting to experience something new. However, both the environment and the service turned out to be incredibly disappointing. Firstly, the loft unit doesn't have a landline phone. For any service, you have to use your own mobile phone to find the front desk's number and call them directly. Secondly, the loft room was extremely dirty. The paint was peeling on the walls, the glass surfaces clearly hadn't been cleaned at all, and everywhere I looked, there were various smudges and stains, big and small, on the walls and glass. The bathroom also had numerous dark, grimy stains and watermarks. This is certainly not what you'd expect from a hotel room costing over 300 [currency unit, e.g., RMB]. Even old hotels in Kowloon, Hong Kong, during off-peak season aren't this bad, and this is in a non-commercial area of Changsha! Finally, the service was the most infuriating aspect. Previously, I always stayed in their 270-degree city view rooms, often for ten days to half a month at a time, and I even got to know the housekeeping staff quite well. This time, regarding the dirty and smelly bathroom in the loft, I contacted housekeeping twice. Their attitude was very poor and impatient. They even complained that coming up was 'not easy.' I have to ask, isn't there an elevator to the 15th floor? Did you walk all the way up?! If they were diligent and detail-oriented in their work, would I even need to call them after checking in? It's simply unacceptable.
