This stay was truly fantastic! As soon as we arrived in the lobby, we were greeted by incredibly enthusiastic staff. We had a lot of luggage, and they proactively helped us carry it to our room – excellent attention to detail. The hotel front desk is located in the sky lobby on the 21st floor, which has a wonderful ambiance, and check-in was very efficient. I really liked the room layout; it had floor-to-ceiling windows with views of both the city and the lake, allowing us to enjoy a beautiful night skyline. The overall environment was comfortable, and the views were expansive. Both the thoughtful service and the hotel environment won me over. I highly recommend it and will definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Changsha.
