We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights during our first trip to Changsha and the experience was unforgettable. The staff was very friendly and thoughtful. The reception helped us upgrade the room for free. The Concierge Supervisor Nolan Zhou was very helpful and helped us carry the luggage to the room. The cleaning ladies tidied up the room in a meticulous way everyday. The room was very spacious, clean, well-appointed, and equipped with a very large bathroom.

If you come to Changsha for tourism, I recommend staying at Sheraton Hotel. First of all, the location is very good. It takes about ten minutes to get to Exit 4 of Furong Square Station on Metro Line 2. It is a relatively quiet place. The hotel is well-equipped. There is a small bar downstairs where you can have a drink at night. The hotel restaurant, fitness room, and swimming pool are all available. I recommend the buffet restaurant on the third floor. The food is very delicious. Buddha jumps over the wall and pan-fried foie gras must be eaten. The room you booked was given two free drinks, and you can choose Starbucks or Cha Yan Yue Se. At around 8 o'clock in the evening, a waiter came to the room to deliver fruit. In the morning, a cleaner came to ask when the room could be cleaned. Everyone greeted with a smile and had a good service attitude. The room provides free purified water and a capsule coffee machine for use. Overall, it is cost-effective. I will definitely choose Sheraton again next time I come to Changsha. I stayed for 3 nights over Christmas at the W Hotel and it went above and beyond all expectations! From the sleek, modern design to the impeccably clean facilities. It felt very festive as windows and tables were adorned with delightful Christmas decorations, the highlight was the lovely pink tree on the first floor, it was super cute! The entire staff's commitment to ensuring my stay was exceptional deserves high praise. They catered to every need with a level of care and attentiveness that exceeded all expectations. Day 1: Lovely plate of fruit. Day 2: Cute knitted pouch with candy. Day 3: Xmas-plate of fruit and chocolate log. Plus a big shout out to Eric, who was super attentive and assisted in organising my Christmas Eve afternoon tea and the delicious 5-course Christmas Day meal. (It was pricey at 1288, but included the regular buffet, and a gorgeous red basket with gifts plus an oversized bag! So was worth it.) The bar/chill out area seems to be the hangout place. The energetic atmosphere on Christmas Eve was super cool. There was a runway showcasing several models and a cool DJ. It added an exciting vibe to the festivities, making the evening memorable. Furthermore, the huge swimming pool and changing room facilities felt luxurious, only thing missing was a jacuzzi, although sauna and steam room were great. Additional info: hotel is connected to the mall, line 2 metro is accessible via the mall which made is super convenient to travel around the city. Definitely recommend staying here! This W Hotel flawlessly combines luxury, sophistication, and a vibrant atmosphere, making it a standout hotel.

This is a glorified 4 star hotel. Other than the location, you will be disappointed with the overall hotel experience. It lacks the attention to detail to be a true 5 star hotel experience. A couple of examples; non-smoking rooms being ruined by smokers, the rainforest shower (top mounted shower head) didn’t work and was just an unpleasant drizzle, air-conditioning that just had a mind of its own with no ability to adjust to desired temperature, the bed being somehow both firm and soft. If you are accustomed to chain hotels, then the attention to detail at the Niccolo is missing!

The room is very clean and the aroma is very comfortable. The decoration style is simple, and the overall quality of the service personnel is also very high. Whether it is cleaning or checking in, everything is very smooth and comfortable. The service attitude is even better!! My family and I had a wonderful trip in Changsha. We ended up staying at Wanda Vista for a total of three days. The hotel was clean and the room was very quiet. The staff team was incredibly helpful. In addition, the hotel was located near many great restaurants and attractions.

The environment is very good and clean. The breakfast is rich and unique. The service is thoughtful and there are welcome fruits. The receptionist, Miss Huanle, has a very enthusiastic service attitude. The stay experience is very good. I will come again if I have the chance.

The hotel has a good location and high cost performance. The rooms are clean and tidy. The staff is efficient. The housekeeper Xiao Guo is very enthusiastic. He personally took me to the lobby to pick up porcelain and patiently introduced Changsha snacks and tourist attractions. I will stay at Huatian again when I come to Changsha next time.

The hotel room is well-equipped, clean and tidy. The area is OK. I think it is not small, but suitable. It is OK to rest at night. It is very quiet. The service is available on call and is responsive. We brought our children with us. We happened to meet a waiter when we went out. We asked her if she could give us another pair of slippers for the children. She brought them to us very quickly. The service is OK. You can also store your luggage after checking out. You can go shopping and come back to take your luggage to the station. It is very convenient

How should I put it? When I checked in, I asked not to be given the last room or a slightly quieter one, as I am sensitive to noise. Then I was given the second-to-last room facing the street, which was too noisy for me. I changed the room the next day, to the side that was not facing the street, but it was given the room next to the elevator fire extinguisher, and all kinds of noises outside were clearly heard. Damn, I just want to say that it can't meet my needs no matter what. Another point is that the hotel is large, but the restaurant is very small, and it is too crowded in the morning. The room type on the first day was not bad, but the room next to the elevator entrance on the second day was not good.
