Wyndham Hotels and Resorts properties in Changsha

The best thing about this hotel is it’s on the walking street, very convenient if you are into shopping, night life and so on. Also close to the subway station, just a short walk only. However, the room takes forever to cool off, so it’s kinda annoying if you are back from outside sweating. Breakfast is ok, not many options. Convenient store is just next to the hotel.

The staff proactively shared recommendations for local eateries, and the breakfast offered both Western and Chinese sections. Accessing the subway with the app's QR code was super convenient, and it covered all the main attractions, saving a lot of time. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Changsha. The hotel facilities were great, and it was really easy to get around, which was a huge relief. We booked two rooms, and even received a souvenir when checking out. The front desk service was excellent. Looking forward to staying here again!

Very nice hotel. So nice 🫶 Train station is just a little bit walk. The only downside in this hotel is no restaurant nearby for lunch & dinner. Overall, it was a nice stay 🫶

The hotel environment is very good, the hotel lobby has a faint fragrance on the fifth floor, the restaurant is also on the fifth floor, the service attitude is particularly warm, there is an elevator, there is a free laundry room and gym facilities are very complete, very suitable for family travel

Staying at the Wyndham Changsha was incredibly comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel is conveniently located near shopping malls and a popular night market, offering a fantastic array of local snacks. There were so many delicious varieties, from BBQ and braised delights to stinky tofu and Chayan Yuese milk tea – it was a real treat for the taste buds! Right next door is the Desiqin business district, which features a large commercial complex housing popular brands like Huawei, Uniqlo, Sephora, Nike, and Adidas. From my room, I enjoyed expansive views of the lively city below, yet it felt wonderfully peaceful and quiet – truly an oasis amidst the hustle and bustle. The room amenities were also excellent and thoughtfully chosen, including an electronic scale, an ionic hairdryer, and motorized curtains. You'd never guess this hotel has been open for years, as all the facilities are incredibly well-maintained and feel brand new, making for a truly comfortable stay.

This is a new facility, in line with Wyndham hotels. Highlights for me were the comfy bed(!), the close proximity to the airport (10 min drive), the free laundry room for use on the 11th floor, and the great customer service. One suggestion is to improve their coffee option for guests in the morning -- it was not good. Nonetheless, I would still choose to stay here again!

After arriving at the hotel, the front desk helped me upgrade. The house is comfortable, the bathroom is also very large, the service is first-class, and the facilities are very advanced, with automatic curtains and automatic toilets! The check-in was also very comfortable. The thoughtful service of the guest Xiaoxuan sent the location in advance, introduced the hotel facilities and equipment, and reminded that the front desk needs to scan the code to reduce the fare when traveling. A very satisfying experience. I will recommend it to my friends next time!
