The hotel is amazing in everything, staff are so friendly and nice, they always want to serve you better, room was extremely nice, i liked the room setup so much, bath tube was so big as I’m 6.3 feet tall it was very comfortable to me, toilet base is operating using remote control and has very nice features, food was nice i was having bed and breakfast stay and breakfast was nice and I found halal food to eat, fruits they offer at the breakfast is so delicious, location and view is incredibly nice Overall great experience

It was really good trip and amazing experience in this nice design hotel. The room was quite noce with the special zoo design which made kids really happy, they where happy with the bed type , with the tub in our bathroom. It was so close to all important and very fun places, next to the Safari park, ice palace (you can take snowboard and ski ⛷️ ) Ancient town etc… And the costumer service is really nice , they are so helpful, we where having problem with our minibar it was not working, so they brought us everything we need(and even more) in several minutes. The breakfast was really yummy and western food, but tbh you can find everything you need there not just western or Chinese, they made for us amazing Americano ☕️

Very satisfactory hotel, connected to the mall, directly connected to the mall, very convenient for eating, drinking and having fun. The room is spacious, warm and clean, the facilities and equipment are very new, and the family suite is very cost-effective. 攜程上定的，衝著別墅區是2025開業才二刷的。但我沒想到的是2025年才上攜程，其實別墅是舊的，設施一般，房間佈局不是很合理，房間下面一層就是室外私湯泡澡+沖澡+幾張凳子。別墅區和喜來登是一起的，住宿登記和餐飲都在酒店大堂。 優點是，管家熱情，有求必應，還給房間佈置了生日快樂的儀式感。外賣都幫忙送到房間。落下一瓶眼膜，還聯繫快遞給我。每天一早就有師傅過來更換私湯的水，這點必須表揚。公共温泉很美，出行便捷，旅拍不錯，收費比較合理，所有照片打包價388，是目前為止我遇到最便宜的……

In addition to the basics, she also sent me all the travel guides in Huzhou. The guides are very detailed, including scenic spot guide maps and performance times. Because of this, this trip to Huzhou was very pleasant and trouble-free. I also left something there and she sent it to me as soon as possible.

Stayed for 2 days and was quite satisfied. It is a state guesthouse, so the environment is beautiful, and it is the best location to appreciate the Moon Hotel. The housekeeper Xiao Wang has a good service attitude. He will take the initiative to ask if there is anything needed every day, and also introduce the projects of Dragon Dream Park in detail. The driver of the hotel battery car is very nice and took us to Taihu Tower to see the scenery. The level of travel photography in the hotel is good, and the relatives are very satisfied. The hotel is not far from Dragon Dream Park. The zoo, the big circus, and the ancient town are all very fun, and the two performances are also very exciting. Let me talk about some minor flaws. The breakfast is not very rich, the taste is relatively ordinary, and there is no freshly squeezed juice. The small wontons and pan-fried buns are not bad. The three large bottles in the bathroom are stuck in the wall and cannot be pressed. The countertop and the bridle are too far away from people and are inconvenient. The red and blue marks of hot and cold water on them are only the size of rice grains, and the elderly cannot see them clearly. Overall, it is quite good and I will come again if I have the chance.

The hotel is located in the mountains, winding up, with a cool breeze. Although it is a little inconvenient to travel, a shuttle bus is provided, and the service is very considerate. But the fact is that many times we are like the pony crossing the river, and we need to experience the good and the bad ourselves. First of all, let’s talk about the good things: 1. Excellent location! Happy World Hotel has two buildings. From the direction of the African migration landscape in the middle of the lobby entrance, the Dolphin Building is on the left and the Penguin Building is on the right. The Ice and Snow World is on the left side of the Dolphin Building, a 5-minute walk away; the International Circus and Animal World are on the right side of the Penguin Building, a 7-8-minute walk away (passing the food street in between). Across the road from the Happy World Hotel is Water World. Standing on the balcony of the hotel, you can see the Taihu Ancient Town about three kilometers away, and you can watch the high-altitude fireworks in the room at night. This distance is especially friendly for traveling with children. When you are tired of playing, you can go back to the hotel to sleep and rest. 2. The service butler (**, WeChat name Huahua) is very good, enthusiastic, professional and attentive. We immediately upgraded to a deluxe family suite. The decoration style of the room is indeed a bit old, but you can see that the wood material of the furniture is good. It is not the kind of cheap housing veneer material used in pure business hotels. It should have been good ten years ago. But the sofa, although simple, is full of home style. 2. The room size is the most complained point online, but because I was upgraded to a two-bedroom, one-living room family deluxe suite, I didn’t have any discomfort with the space. On the contrary, my elders said that the layout of this suite is very comfortable. 3. There is a bathtub in the bathroom of the suite, but I am not sure about other rooms. 4. Regarding breakfast, I didn’t eat it, so I can’t comment on it. My husband took the child there and said that the child didn’t eat much, so it was probably not very tasty. 5. In the Dolphin Building, the suites are below the 10th floor. If you want to live on a high floor, you can choose a king-size bed or twin beds. Finally, some complaints! 1. About noise. Why didn’t I go to have breakfast? Because the noise from the air conditioner outdoor unit was too loud and I couldn’t sleep the whole night. For the sound sensitive, lightning protection family suite. I didn't stay in other room types, so I won't comment on them. 2. About hot water. At one point I suspected that there was no hot water in the room. It took a long time before hot water came, not until all four faucets were turned on. It’s okay if you have time at night, but if you’re in a hurry in the morning, you can only use cold water. 3. About supporting facilities. The suite has two bedrooms and a living room. Normally, this room type would be chosen by those who come to visit with their parents or family. However, the suite is by default equipped with supplies for two people and two children. What's even worse is that we booked a package that included a hotel and attractions, but the tickets and breakfast that came with the room were only for 2 people! ! ! This is a bit unreasonable. I paid for a suite and got a king-size bed or standard room. If I book two double beds separately, wouldn't that mean I can also get 4 breakfasts and 4 tickets? Yeah, that's more cost-effective.

We are a family of 3 who stayed here for 2 nights. The hotel has a penguin enclosure at its lobby and is a favourite for kids. There are also kids' train rides and car rides at the lobby. Our room had a good view of the old town and fireworks at night. But aside from these, the hotel does not match up to its title of a 5-star hotel. - There was no warm welcome or good service during our stay. - The curtains are not black-out curtains, so you will get woken up by the brightness outside at 5am. - The lifts and carpets at the corridor are often dirty and not cleaned well. Not just litter, but large chunks of dust. - Cleaning of our room the next day made it even more dirty. The cleaner just brings the dust of one room into another room. Highly suggest for the hotel to change the type of mop/ broom used. - The restaurant where we had breakfast does not provide fork and knife and said they do not have these cutlery when we requested for it. They only have chopsticks and porcelain spoons. This shows that they are not ready for international tourists.

This hotel is not at all foreigner-friendly. Since I am vegetarian, I asked the restaurant to serve me something of my choice (which was included in my booking), but they refrained to do so, and even when I asked them to just give me salad, they charged me extra for that. I also asked if they could make me french fries, which is simple, but they didn't care and didn't provide me. The staff also guaranteed me to provide during breakfast, but the chef denied it. The food was not at all good. I booked it at the hotel so i don't have to go out in search of meal in different city but Not happy after paying so much.
