"Facilities: Check-in was a breeze. The hotel has multiple shuttle buses that can take guests to the front desk, restaurants, pet park, and other locations at any time, which is very efficient. There's also a 24-hour self-service convenience store in the hotel, so even if you get hungry at night, you can easily grab some snacks and drinks. Hygiene: The hotel's hygiene is excellent. Most rooms seem to be suites with large terraces, very spacious, and the air conditioning works perfectly. Environment: The rooms are nestled among bamboo groves, scattered and tranquil, offering great privacy. Outside the window, there are vast bamboo forests, a treat for the eyes and lungs. The most unique feature is the breakfast restaurant where you can feed giraffes up close. It can get a bit crowded during peak hours, so I hope they can set up a designated feeding area to guide guests for feeding and photos. This way, guests who can't sit by the window can still feed the giraffes without disturbing other diners. Service: The shuttle buses operate 24/7, and the staff are polite and enthusiastic ❤️, highly recommend! 👍 Welcome Fruit: In addition to the fruit and snack box in the room, there were also drinks and popsicles provided during check-in, which was a thoughtful touch on a hot summer day. Giraffe Manor Scenic Area Tickets for Two Adults and One Child: This hotel belongs to the same group as the Little Panda Manor in Xishuangbanna. I visited the Little Panda Manor during the Dragon Boat Festival and was impressed by their dedication to animals, making it one of the best interactive animal viewing parks. Giraffe Manor also takes excellent care of its animals, offering many interactive experiences, which was fantastic. The slide experience was also great."

"This is our third time booking the Dragon Dream Ancient Town Hotel, and it continues to exceed our expectations! The hotel has a grand Chinese style, the rooms are spacious, and the cleanliness is impeccable. The balcony offers an expansive view; we booked a scenic room and enjoyed watching the ancient town's night view in the evening, and even the fireworks show from bed – a perfect experience. The penguin exhibit in the lobby is still a favorite with the kids and is quite unique. The underground passage leads directly to the performing arts complex, making it incredibly convenient to explore the ancient town and see shows without being exposed to the elements or having to take a detour. Check-in was efficient, and the staff were friendly. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options. Parking is free for those driving, and it's very convenient for visiting the Grand Circus and the Animal World. It's suitable for both family trips and romantic getaways. We will definitely choose this place again next time!"

"The room was quite spacious, but perhaps due to the hotel's age and lakeside location, there was a strong musty smell, especially from the air conditioning. I've stayed at many Marriott brands, including several Sheratons, and the hygiene at this Sheraton was concerning. The service also didn't live up to the price; it felt like paying a high price without getting good service. When I brought up the hygiene issue, the duty manager surprisingly said that because there were no vacant rooms at the time, they had given us a room that had been quickly cleaned without being properly inspected before check-in. This level of service from such a brand is truly disappointing."

The buffet breakfast had a wide variety of options, including local specialties and Western breakfasts, with hot dishes replenished promptly, ensuring I was well-fed. The hotel's gym and swimming pool are free to use, allowing for some light exercise and relaxation. Overall, I didn't encounter any unpleasant situations, making it suitable for both leisure travel and short business trips. I would definitely consider this hotel again next time I visit Huzhou."

"On the first night, I stayed at Ruifeng and found the environment poor. I was looking for a better place, but it turned out to be just okay. For such a skyrocketing price, the hotel's facilities and hygiene are really mediocre. The butler's communication was hard to understand; I asked them not to knock, and they agreed, but then they knocked and rang the doorbell when delivering takeout later. The children's slippers were adult-sized, and the overall hygiene was subpar. There was even white toothpaste residue on the tissue box in the bathroom. For over 1800 a night, it's really just 'meh'. There was also a layer of dust on the headboard. Ctrip clearly stated 'pay after check-out', but the front desk insisted on pre-payment. Honestly, this service doesn't match up with a so-called landmark building."

"My wonderful memories of Huzhou are all thanks to this hotel! The first thing I wanted to do upon returning home was to give it a huge thumbs up!! It was the first weekend after the start of the school year, and my boyfriend and I traveled from Jiaxing to Huzhou, visiting Nanxun and downtown Huzhou. We stayed at two highly-rated hotels, and the Dongwu Kaiyuan Mingdu Hotel in downtown Huzhou was the most satisfying hotel of our trip, making our trip a perfect ending. After arriving at the high-speed rail station, it was a very short taxi ride to the hotel, less than 20 minutes. The duty manager, Xiao Zheng, upgraded our room! After check-in, the concierge helped us with our luggage and escorted us to our room; the service was truly excellent! The room was very spacious and extremely clean. The shower had a comfortable overhead shower, and both the bathtub and toilet had complimentary disposable toiletries. In the evening, my boyfriend and I enjoyed some drinks while admiring the night view – it was incredibly romantic! The hotel also has a heated swimming pool, but unfortunately, we only stayed for one day and didn't get to use it. Another pleasant surprise was that when I casually asked the receptionist for recommendations on nearby attractions, she immediately provided a detailed list and even created a travel itinerary based on our schedule, acting like a little planner and saving us a lot of trouble. The hotel's location is also excellent, close to major shopping malls and a bustling commercial district right outside. Shows, boat rides, and photo opportunities are all nearby, and the most vibrant streets are just a ten-minute walk away. Although we only stayed in Huzhou city for a short day and one night, this hotel truly surprised me. Anyone visiting Huzhou seeking high-quality accommodation should definitely choose this hotel; I can only say it's absolutely worth the price."
