作為一家新開的酒店，環境和衞生無可挑剔，挺乾淨整潔的，但相比於酒店環境更好的還有前台的服務態度，不理解為什麼能有一個如此死板的人放在前台，如果是帶着情緒上班情緒使然，可以換一個人，拒絕升房當然可以啊你換個説法也行，過分的是早上要瓶礦泉水都不給，好像一副欠了她錢的樣子，從入住到離店真的體驗感很差，想問一下有沒有培訓上崗，可以去參照一下亞朵、美居、桔子等等的前台服務。不是説所有的服務人員態度不好，早餐時的工作人員態度就非常好，主動端了杯咖啡。
