We even received complimentary milk and fruit in the evening. Our child also got a lot of toys and gifts and didn't want to leave! There are many kid-friendly attractions nearby, such as museums, art galleries, and libraries. Plus, there's a large shopping mall downstairs with plenty of dining options, and it's not too far from the Dinosaur Park. I highly recommend this hotel to any families planning a trip to Changzhou with children."

"The room is spacious, and the twin beds are quite wide. The bathroom has a separate shower and bathtub, which is a nice touch. The cleanliness is good too, with no dust on the tables. With the hot weather, the room was kept at a comfortable 23 degrees Celsius, and the soundproofing was excellent. The breakfast had a great variety. For afternoon tea, you can have unlimited coffee, though there weren't many pastries, and it seemed like there was no hot water available."

Overall, the hotel's environment and cleanliness are good, though it does feel a bit older and dated, and some maintenance could be improved. It's also very convenient for visiting nearby attractions, including the Dinosaur Park, which is quite close."

I was actually trying to decide between two hotels for our trip to visit friends, and I am so incredibly happy I chose the Hilton. From the moment we arrived, exhausted and weary from a long train journey, we were met with exceptional kindness. A huge shout-out to Luk Yue at the front desk. His service was nothing short of excellent. He was so polite, kind, and understanding of our tired state. To our absolute delight, he generously offered us a complimentary room upgrade. This gesture turned a good stay into an amazing one and set the tone for our entire visit. The room itself was perfect. The bed was amazingly soft, offering a truly restful sleep we desperately needed. The room temperature was easy to control and always comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was fantastic, and the level of cleanliness throughout was impeccable—everything was spotless. Furthermore, the buffet breakfast was absolutely fantastic! It offered a huge variety of hot and cold items, all fresh and delicious. It was the perfect fuel for our day and a wonderful start each morning. I’ve stayed at Hiltons before, but I have never experienced service this good. I never regretted my choice for a second. This stay reminded me exactly why trusted brands matter. Because of this experience, and especially because of staff like LukYue who go above and beyond, the Hilton will be my go on my next visit! Highly, highly recommended"
