古色古香，酒店的美超出預期！環境超美！管家是一位美麗的姑娘（好像叫夏雲），提前一天聯繫我們，細心安排好停車及用餐，非常感謝！房間設施都很滿意，枕頭很舒服，看得出酒店在細節上非常用心。離店的時候，管家帶我們參觀了旁邊的亂針綉博物館並做熱情講解，一幅幅精美的作品真的是讓人歎為觀止！大開眼界！在西廬度過了一段美好的時光，以後到常州還會選擇這裏。

京杭大運河的一座古宅，六進的院落，切實體會了一下古人的浪漫。翻新改建的新酒店，保留了舊時的建築佈局及功能，酒店現代化的室內設施，豐盛的早餐，處處彰顯“大户人家”的奢華。古建改造的亂針綉博物館，古建的再就業，體會古建在新時代的底藴風采。總之體驗感非常棒。交通也很便利，緊鄰市中心。
我們是一家人，選了兩間房，中間有一個共享廳。私密性很好。全程管家服務，有求必應。是一次很好的體驗。

酒店很有特色。古色古香的，感覺不像是酒店像是一個景區。環境很不錯。管家也很貼心。早餐會詢問口味，約定好時間隔天早上準時送到房間。房間佈局很不錯。用品也是很乾凈。戴森吹風機是一個亮點。房間準備了歡迎水果及點心，冰箱裏還有飲料及零食。點心包裝好放在冰箱，造型獨特。附近交通很便利。床品很不錯，尤其是枕頭，對比其它酒店的床品，這裏讓我滿意。最後忘了問哪裡的枕頭想要買一個😄
