這兩天剛好放假了，就準備到常州玩一下，定了這家希爾海悦酒店，這家酒店服務設施很多，前台還有微波爐和冰箱可以使用，礦泉水不夠喝，前台小姐姐還很貼心的幫我們拿了兩瓶。退房之後掉了一個耳機，前台小姐姐還及時聯繫了我，非常的感謝，她服務是非常的不錯，酒店也很不錯，出行非常的方便！下次有機會再來常州，還選擇這家酒店。

位置可以，辦理入住也不知道去哪了，床上也不乾淨，有毛髮，而且前台也沒有一個處理的態度，沒有道歉，衹是換了一個房間，換了一個房間裏牆皮也吐落，説多了怕被人誤會是找茬的

這家酒店給我留下了深刻的印象。首先，房間非常乾淨整潔，床鋪舒適，設施齊全，尤其是浴室的水壓和熱水供應非常穩定。其次，酒店的服務人員態度友好，辦理入住和退房手續都非常迅速，還提供了很多貼心的建議。早餐種類豐富，味道也很不錯。地理位置優越，周邊交通便利，附近有不少餐廳和商店。總體來説，性價比很高，是一次非常愉快的住宿體驗，強烈推薦！

有點年頭的酒店了，當年用的材料是不錯，大落地窗和大的房間空間與窄小入口形成視覺反差，要是放在開業初期還是有性價比的。印象深刻是櫃門和床沿，櫃門開合後有很長時間的鉸鏈回位聲響延續，不停提醒你櫃子裏有東西的錯覺，然後你再去打開、再去關上、再聽到聲音、再產生錯覺...要剋制不能循環。還有就是床墊該換了，給你不是一個人在坐的感覺，也許那個位置一直是要支撐兩個人的重量吧，坐下去有種即將散架的擔憂。

和朋友出來玩住了這家酒店，感覺還挺不錯的，房間乾淨整潔還挺寬敞的，環境很好，裝修風格簡約典雅，設施齊全，樓下就是大學城還有夜市 交通方便有機會還會選擇這家酒店。
