The service is warm, thoughtful and surprising. The TV can display the welcome message in detail. There are a lot of problems with staying at the hotel, but they are all responded to and solved proactively and tracked to the end. The details are really well done. Meals:
The breakfast is rich in variety, moderately salty and light, and there are many side dishes. In terms of accommodation: the pillows are very comfortable and the bath water is large enough.

一家三口來聽音樂節，這家酒店在五一期間性價比很高，房間乾淨，附近有短程接駁車，前台小姑娘熱情禮貌。建議吹風機改進一下，彈簧線加長一點，自己吹還好，給孩子吹頭太累了，舉了二十幾分鍾胳膊都麻了。

除了上述固定格式選項，我們着重講一下我們有個手機忘記在衞生間了。該店主動聯絡我們多次（因為我們在旅遊中均沒有接手機），並很快快遞到了上海我們家裡，才20來個小時！我們覺得不光是拾金不昧，工作之認真和效率高，急人所急為客人着想精神，值得大大讚揚👍。

陪小孩看太湖音樂節，酒店位置不錯，步行十多分鐘有音樂節免費接駁車站，旁邊有個商業區，吃飯蠻方便。酒店停車方便，前台接待服務不錯。早餐就差強人意了，不説品種少，服務員明顯不上心，饅頭，煎餛飩都是涼的。
