這是我這麼多年以來住酒店住的最差的一家！先説服務員，晚上辦理入住，由於孩子沒帶身份證，服務員要求去派出所辦證明，態度很惡劣，很不耐煩，同時辦入住的兩位幫助説了幾句公道話，服務員就和他們吵了起來，搞得很尷尬。
問服務員應該去哪個派出所去辦，給我指了一家錯誤的派出所，害我跑去以後人家説不是他們的片區，jc打電話問她，她還在狡辯。沒辦法衹能去另一個派出所。快到12點了折騰得搞半天才回來住上。
第二天早上一看外邊，破破爛爛，和網上相差很大。大廳裏一股黴味，房間也差，一股味道，馬桶沖水要沖幾次才行。總之到處都是一片破破爛爛的感覺開不下去了一般。
本來計劃在常州待兩天，因為這事，第二天就走了，以後也不會再來了。也對常州的住宿有了陰影。

酒店住的非常舒適，選酒店前我喜歡對比性價比，看到這個酒店設施我很喜歡，入住後也沒讓我失望，完全是星級酒店的裝修，房間裏面地板，床鋪桌面，櫃子非常乾淨，給人的第一印象就很好，下次來常州必選這家酒店，前台也是服務好的沒話説，非常好，推薦指數五顆星

首先進酒店就大廳就很大氣，前台美女也很温柔，很大氣的升級了房間，房間很寬敞明亮，浴室很乾凈明亮，床單被套很乾凈我認床也睡的很好，房間落地窗視野很好，我很喜歡，下次來玩必選酒店。很棒點贊點贊！！！

第一天住想着可能太晚了空調打不上熱就第二天又打了室內温度一直保持十九十八度還有洗手池一開到熱水水就賊小上温度還很慢刷個牙都是冷水

酒店距離聚湖路地鐵站和萬達廣場，不到1公里，吃飯購物方便。房間很大，性價比高。冬天中央空調的房間升温效果不好。
