Shell Hotels in Changzhou

Always love to stay here with my husband when we go to Changzhou North. I tried to explore and stay in other hotels, but always come back here. It has everything I need and want. It is also new and fancy and beautiful. I don’t feel like I’m wasting money, I feel like it’s worth it.

The hotel is very close to the Dinosaur Park, just a few minutes away, so there is no need to stay in the Dinosaur Park Hotel. After all, the price here is cheap, and basically you play in the park all day and sleep at night. The room facilities are complete, but perhaps because there are so many people, the sanitation is not very careful. Breakfast is at peak time, and there are indeed many people. The waiter feels a bit messy and the arrangement is not very reasonable. I hope it will be further improved.

All good , but in winter , the thermostat fixed at 25C ( it says) but in actual it’s little hot , may be little uncomfortable and hard to get sleep, difficult to change the settings ( also settings can be changed in the room , there will not be real effect ) , need to go to front desk to check and it is not so easy to convince them to change . Apart from that , everything is 1st class .

Before I checked in, the housekeeper Zoe called me. After adding me as a friend, she reminded me of some things to do during my stay. She also upgraded the room type, sent me coffee coupons and welcome fruits. In short, she was very considerate. I accidentally forgot to get the parking coupon, and Zoe also provided help in time, even though it was already her off-duty time. During the entire Spring Festival holiday, I stayed in four hotels of different brands and grades. Sheraton is indeed an old five-star hotel with standardized management. Even during the peak passenger flow period of the Spring Festival, all service staff were smiling and actively providing services, which made people feel more comfortable. When there were more passengers in the breakfast room, there were also waiters to guide them to sit. The number of people was large enough, the tables were cleaned quickly, and the response was timely. In contrast, at the previous hot spring resort hotel, a family of three almost had to stand to finish breakfast. I highly recommend this Sheraton. In terms of geographical location, it is also very convenient to go to the entire Yancheng attractions.

Upon arriving to the hotel, the front desk staff were very friendly. Although this is my first time in China and I was unsure of check-in procedure, they quickly got me through check-in and made me feel quite relaxed almost immediately. During my stay, I ordered room service nearly every evening and although I speak no Chinese, the staff were very patient and helpful to make sure that they were receiving my order correctly. The view from the rooms is incredible and the service at the hotel has been great. I highly recommend that if you are visiting Changzhou for business or pleasure that you stay at the Marriot Hotel in Xinbei district. It is also very centrally located with easy access to entertainment, shopping malls, restaurants and the light rail stations to travel to other cities in China. Additionally, the restaurants, pool, outdoor basketball court, coffee shop, and other services in the hotel make it a convenient place to stay if it is your first time in China or Changzhou as it is mine. For work related reasons my trip in Changzhou was extended and I have enjoyed my stay at the Marriot hotel so much that I decided to extend my stay here and upgrade my room to include the executive lounge (totally worth it if you stay here, it's like having access to an Emirates level lounge with a view every day). In summary, the staff are very friendly and helpful, the rooms are lovely, and the services provided make your stay very convenient! I highly recommend staying at the Changzhou Marriot in Xinbei District during your time here!

Everything at this hotel was well done. From the greeting at the front desk, to the clean rooms and the amazing breakfast. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The location was so ideal for my trip in that it was not far away to the train station and even for nice walk and other activities.

it was nice to just enjoy having a solo trip at this Hotel. Staffs are very accommodating and friendly… Stayed there for one night though but would love to stay there again next time..
