何其有幸住到這麼大的酒店，太讓我出乎意料！
第一張圖片：拼接床、拼接床墊子，（我訂的是2米的大床房）睡在中間的人的身底下簡直硌得慌！
第二張照片：枕頭褶皺嚴重，不太清楚換沒換！
第三張圖片：床單上黃色的污漬以及黑色衣服毛絮
第四、五張圖片：兩個枕頭都有特別嚴重的黃色污漬、汗漬！
總體説這次體驗不是很好，第一次也是最後一次！

這次入住遼寧朝陽鳳凰酒店，體驗超棒！房間寬敞明亮、整潔舒適，設施齊全。前台服務熱情周到，有問必答。早餐豐富多樣，味道可口。周邊交通便利，遊玩方便，下次還來！

酒店已經跟不上了，以前出差常住，這次體驗感覺設施保持不好，污漬太多，床品和洗漱用品太低端。服務意識越來越差，尤其是門口的服務人員，態度太差。

房間好。寬敞明亮，古風裝飾頗符合“三燕古都”風格。茶塌剛好睡下小朋友，適合帶娃出行。
位置佳。朝陽博物館就在隔壁，窗外是大淩河風景與山景。
服務贊。按照備註留了高層房間並做無煙處理。
停車方便。地上免費，綽綽有餘。地下24小時內20元封頂。

入住體驗非常一般，入住的房間是兩張小床拼接的，入住前沒有告知，早餐很差，房間裏的水每天兩瓶免費，再要是收費的，退房時前台説，你走吧，按金會原路退回，少退了10塊錢，仔細回憶想起來喝了一瓶水，重點是服務真的一般，不會講清楚消費明細，打電話給前台，前台讓自己聯繫客服部，總之不太建議入住，除非想看看江景，下次肯定不會再去！
